You, my ignorant friend, are a jack-hole. I truly hope that you do not speak as poorly as you write/type. Regardless, criminal or not, legitimate telemarketers need to make living, just as the rest of us. Not that I enjoy calls at all hours of the night and day but it is what it is. Just turn off the ringer to your landline and only give out mobile phone information to trusted individuals.

I got a call from this number asking for my husband by his given name. He was not home so I said, "this is his wife, may I help you or leave him a message" She said no and hung up, with not as much as a thank or good bye. I will not answer the phone when this number comes up again

received call at dinner time, never answer unknown calls, am just sick and tired of getting these "robo" calls at dinner time.

They called today, but I never answer numbers I don't know. So I looked it up here and apparently they masquerade as offering extended warranties on cars. Both my husband and myself own OLD cars, mine has nearly 300,000 miles on it, so I doubt very seriously any legitimate company would offer us a warranty, nor would I want one.

Call and won't stop.  I've told them repeatedly I am not interested and to stop calling.  But yet they keep on calling.

I just received a call from this number, which I did not recognize, ir answer. No one left a message. Caller I D shows up as name unavailable!

Got a call from this number at 2:12pm.  Caller ID showed "Name Not Found".  Didn't answer & caller left no message.  When I tried to use call blocker on this number, I got a message saying I had dialed incorrectly.  Suspect it's a spoofed number.

Since you are reading this plus the comments---do as I do,donot answear then take the number off your answearing devise and check thru your computer about the number.Takes a little time but at least then you can be sure who is calling.

Scammers.   I hook up line to fax machine.  I never answer calls from names or numbers I do not recognize.  

Got a call from this number. Caller ID said Florida call. After I say hello they say "Apple" and hang up.

Call asking if my daughter still owned a '07 Toyota. Provided no information.

People wake up!! These are just the scammers who get your name and number and call you wanting you to buy an after market car warranty. Just pick the phone up and hang it back up. You will most likely have received official looking garbage mail from these crooks too. These are just more of the scum in todays world trying to ripoff citizens of what little money they have. Do not buy anything from these crooks and do not waste your time filling out forms with the American government created "DNC" list. All the "DNC" list was created for was to get you to confirm your personal information. Since you gave your personal information to the "DNC" have the calls stopped?? WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Caller-ID spoofing.

This number called asking if I was Mrs. Mollen.  I've had my number since June 2011 but I have received numerous calls from various companies/people asking for Mr. or Mrs. Mollen.  My name is nowhere near the Ms in the alphabet.  Someone hasn't been keeping in touch if they don't have a current number for the Mollens.
