I also got a fraud charge of 24.99 on my Mastercard and they (My Bank) refunded the money. I weird part is I ordered some oranges from Florida and they never charged my card. Did anyone else here order oranges to have shipped to their home from florida the same month that these charges appeared ?

I just am wondering if you recently tried to uninstall a program named Register, or something like that recently. I just did and then noticed a charge on my visa for $25.99. The company that charged my account was BIG LOUD HEAD LEESBURG FL 34748.

I cancelled my VISA and it only cost me $25.99! Man, did I get lucky or what?

I just got a charge from the Big Loud Head for 27.99 on my Check Card. Don't know how they got it. What is up with them. Lucky i have no money in the account.

Big Loud Head FRAUD:  I never got a call, never could contact them at the number online, wrote to them at 1437 S Citrus Blvd, Ste 10, Leesburg, FL 34758 and got a "return to sender insufficient address, unable to forward." .................I even emailed stephen@bigloudhead.com five or six times with NO response.....................
.................BUT I DID GET . . . a CHARGE on my BANK CARD!  I check my bank card every day or two because of a 99-cent charge by Napster a year ago that I didn't make.  This time it was $26.99.  The bank made a claim correction for that amount and I gave them the phone number I had................So who are these FRAUDS?  And who is stealing our Card Numbers?

I noticed a charge for $25.99 on my debit card from Big Loud Head and immediately called my bank.  They cancelled my card and are going to refund it and deal with Big Loud Head.  Looks like this company is frauding a lot of us...

I noted a charge on my debit for Big Loud Head this morning. Thank you for posting your experiences.  I was on the phone with AMERIPRISE at the time. They had no interes in tracking this guy down!  Anybody know who investigates this stuff?

Also got a charge on credit card, not a phone call.  My credit card company rep did some initial investigation and Big Loud Head is supposed to be an earphone company.  I didn't order earphones either.  I did get the charge credited back but the whole thing may not be over.  If they recharge then it will go to the fraud investigation.

Good luck to everybody.  It will typically mean having to cancel cards and getting new ones which is always a pain.

I am still trying to figure out BIG LOUD HEAD.  Did anyone reload a Starbuck's card just before they got ripped off by these idiots?? It is amazing to me how little interest banks have in tracking these things down.

I just called my Visa (Bank of America) to complain about a charge being denied.  That's when I learned that Big Loud Head charged 25.99 to my account.  The amount has been credited back, they are sending me a new Visa card and investigating the fraud.  Apparently my denied charge was because they knew that the 25.99 (which was charged at 3 something AM) was a possible fraudulent charge.  I guess the credit card companies are catching on to them.

I just was charged 25.99.  Same story as everyone else.  My bank's fraud department is looking into it--possibly has an alert on the "non-existent-company".  I'd like to know where they got my number.  I've seen that you bought oranges.  I didn't.  My only place that might have copied my number is Long Doggers in Melbourne, or Corky Bell's in Cocoa.  Did you or anyone else here go to either restaurant?  If these crooks are just using random number, don't they have to have name to go with it?

Why did you have to pay the charge?  Visa has fraud protection!

As I asked another person--did you go to Long Doggers or Corky Bell's in Brevard County?  It looks like some of us are Floridians anyway--it would be good to find out what we have in common.  I can't imagine that these are random numbers.

They just got me too.  Now, I should pull my credit report and see what else they have been up to!

I received no phone call but was charged a fee of $26.99 on my charge card.  This is an unauthorized charge as I have no knowledge of Big Loud Head in FL.

I got a charge to my debit card from Big Loud Head for $26.99 last month.  I've tried to leave a message, but no one gets back to me.  I've canceled my account now that I know it's a fraud.

Charged my card without consent for $39.95, card issuer is investigating and removed the charge from my CC expediciously. Didn't order oranges or anything from the Florida area, I reside NW US.

Sent and email and no reply.......as expected.

Obviously a scam.

The Same company did the Same 2 me.$39.00 on my debit card from Florida.How in the world did they get my card number....
