My credit Card co. is disputig it form. and removed the charge from my acct.

Same story here.  I got an unathorized charge of $29.95 to my VISA card.  I called them many times only to get a busy signal.  I contacted the VISA fraud department but they didn't seem to have any info.  I just sent an email message...

After the charge is paid, it looks like I'm going to have to go through the same hassle many others apparently have done of contesting it and getting it reversed and so on...

I noticed a charge on my MC this morning with a charge on 5/20/2009 for $39.95. I have not done any business in Florida (in person or via the internet) with this card (I live in Michigan), so the idea that there is a common thread to businesses in specific counties does not match with my experience. Nor have I been to Starbucks as another individual reported on.

I also got one of these charges and have contacted my bank regarding this matter, I don't know how they got it but my charge was for $39.95 ,what a racket this is

My visa card was charged 39.95 "BIG LOUD HEAD" - I never heard of this place, and never made a purchase. I'm going to dispute the charge.  I may also contact the NY attorneys general office.

I didn't get a call, but on May 22, I my visa card was charged 39.95 BIG LOUD HEAD - what the hell is that? How about BIG JERK HEAD.  I called Amazon Visa and reported it tonight, getting a new card issued. BEWARE is right.
Sounds like a BIG FRAUD.

BEWARE is right!  If you find a charge on your credit card from this place, contact your cc company right away. It's a SCAM.  They charged my visa 39.95 (Chase-Amazon).  The cc company was good about taking care of it...but I wonder who is going after these jerks?
