Our business is very competitive. There are a lot of other companies out there trying to copy what we do. But, we are the best and do what we say we are going to do. We are also well respected in the golfing community nationwide, & have PGA professionals nationwide that write our articles for us. We have been in business for over 9 years.

We are not accredited with the BBB anymore (as of December 2011) because the BBB is a scam. They want you to pay for your rating. Just look up the 20/20 investigation on them. The way they conduct business is a huge scam against other businesses. Go to Angies list where businesses dont have to pay for their rating and you will get accurate truthful knowledge. 12 claims is not many compared to the hundreds of thousands of customers we deal with on a day to day basis. FYI: We satisfied all of those claims if you look into it.

As for the clubs you have to get our contacts name at the club before you call. We have signed contracts through the pro shops with golf pros. The person at the front desk will not have the correct information. We are very sorry you had a negative experience and hope you could reconsider before jumping to conclusion. Sincerely, Platinum Publishing

they just called, said nothing, just hung up.. wtf, even people who call the wrong number say something...  very bad (and shady) business practice if you ask me

Got another call from this company today.  I have a lot of DJ friends and no one has ever heard of this company and they all tell me the catering places within the gold club have a vendor list.  why would you call a GOLF PRO SHOP to book a DJ?

"[my name], this is Anthony Gaston doing work near you  in Greenbrier Country Club, give me call, god bless."

Received a call from 561-637-4700 stating she was calling about a job at The Charlotte Country Club, in all of Charlotte about 50 private clubs not one actually called The Charlotte Country Club. I missed the call as I am a chef and do not answer while working. I will wait till they call back and if I am free will let them talk for as long as they can, keep them tied up all day if possible, then laugh at Debbie Morgan

I got a call from Anthony Gaskin stating he was offering a one year ad in country clubs in Ft Worth Tx.After speaking with guy he kept saying the ad would come out in Oct. My question is i will pay for something now and don't see the ab until Oct no way. I called the number back no music the phone rings and then the message is leave your company name and number someone will return your call. Red flag no ext no name directory, just fishy. Thanks to you guys for posting this scam you saved me from making a big no no. FYI I called the number after hours same message these people should be ashame of themself. This guy claims to love the LORD  I will keep him lifted in prayer.

will maybe people like yourself have money to waste. Small start up business would like to be like you some day have money ti give away. Fool you work for these butt holes.

One sales rep gave me his cellphine number after caling the number he answered it. However this is a scam no matter how you look at it. Trust one one if you do not call them.

This company is a scam all the way. The number given to call is 877 266 1060  Or 561-637-4700. I also called after midnight and the message did not give business hours if you or going play a scam game be smart. My Dad always said one thing about a thief is stupid and he will get caught. The word og God tells us that WE THINK WE OR GETTING BY BUT WE NOT GETTING AWAY SOONE OR LATER TO EACH ONE OF YOU THIS WILL COME BACK TO YOUR HOUSE AND SEE HOW YOU FEEL. Hope this someone.

Bull if your company was so great like you claim the Good will always out way the bad. So with that said the bad is all you have. Im willing to try your company if it so true give me a free ad on your 9 year in the business company and I will be willing to retrack my story about your company.

Just received a call from a Matt regarding a local Country Club, thanks for the post, I won't be calling back !!

Thank goodness for sites like this! It is so frustrating to get unsolicited calls that turn out to be scams. I've sent out lots of resumes and job applications. I have also posted 'work wanted' type ads to do handyman and basic gardening work on various sites and on community bulletin boards. So, when the phone rings, I can't help but hope that it's an actual customer wanting my help or a potential employer with a legit offer.

Most of the time though, it's scammers like this guy. He saw my post on Angies' List and wanted to sell me ad space in his magazines. I can't afford to buy ad space. That's why I'm posting online on the free sites.

Yes, Same Thing Here!

I was contact by a Robert Sirmeyer, and his contact was in regard to the Mendham Golf & Tennic Club of Mendham Township, NJ.

I happen to be a property/business developer, and before return calls to any new contacts or clients, I do quick reverse phone search and/or google company or individual name verification, and I found this page.

In short, I contact the general manager of the M.G.&.T.C. so that they were aware of non-certified 2nd party representative utilizing their facility name.

It is disappointing in such trying economic times that there are bottom feeders willing to waste the time and money of sincere and hard working people via the delivery of a scam!

I just got a call from this number.  They said it was on behalf of the Sunset Hills Country Club and they wondered if I could refer an Interior Designer. I smelled scam, and I was right!

Just got a message from this number. The man stated his name and called me by my nickname which is not my real name, so it sounded legitimate being a search for a designer for a new home ... My profession. So I looked the number up on Google and came here. EVERYONE should add to these websites on numbers telling of the caller's bogus causes and scams. Not all of them are actually scams, but It's nice to be able to look them up and make the decision on my own. Thanks for adding comments. And having nationwide called ID is a must anymore. Kind of tells me the call is not worth taking before getting stuck.

Guy called me stating he could use my help on a local belereve country club in St. Louis mo.  The country flub does exist near me and I am a roofing contractor.  How they got my cell number I have no clue.  I will be calling belereve country golf course myself and see if they will be needing any of my roofing services.  I highly doubt they do and it's just another marketing scheme employed by the publishing company.  I'm a professional sales man and if the telemarketing company don't leave the nature and the specifics on the call then its a waste of my time in which my time is very expensive.  They don't want to see my billable hourly rate nor my attorney if have on retainer with my company.

This company called today, put me on hold, and when I hang out they called back and left a message cursing at me:

"I am so pissed off right now… I put that [***] thing on hold to get the "posis sheet" knowing there is no f…"

Stand up company

Telemarketing a**holes who don't check the Do Not Call lists.  Selling "advertising"

This is a scam. Person claimed to work for a country club in Vancouver.
