Called. Left a threatening message regarding a federal grand jury issue. Clearly a scam. Sounded like a thick accented person standing by a freeway.

A foreign man stated that his name is Dennis Gray and he is working for the federal government.  He is enforcing an action executed by the us treasury.  Says it is the 2nd attempt and that I better call him or it will be a federal criminal offense.  Of coarse at no point did he say the name of who he was looking for...nor had he ever called before.

Got two calls one voice mail, second I answered same recording.  Same scam of enforcement of action.  Reported it to the US Treasury / IRS site:

as a registered complaint and to our local police dept.  I suggest you do the same.

He called and I did not answer because it came up as unknown name.  Made the same threats.  Called back 1/2 hour later but did not leave a message.  Clearly a scam.

Called also in a thick accent stating last attempt to take care of tax issue.  If no response this could result in felony action.  Will report to its and local law enforcement also.

“Message is intended to contact you. My name is Dennis Gray and I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury in sending your previous attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional second attempt to avoid initial appearance of a magistrate judge or a plan(?) jewelry for a federal criminal offense. My number is 561-935-5169. I repeat 561-935-5169. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you.”

Called it back for fun....disconnected me!

Yes, I agree I received the same call, he had a thick accent and a lot noise in the back ground.

Just got a call from this number. threatening voice. Grand Jury,etc..certainly sounds like a scam.

Got the same message as reported by "Too Smart for This" left on our machine at 1:15 pm today.  Same weird scam.

Got this exact message.  Dennis Gray. I don't think so.

Got message. Called back got an Indian accented man trying to SCAM saying he is the US Treasury department. BIG SCAM don't  call em and if u do do NOT answer any questions.  Hang up

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Got the same message as To Smart For This.  Don't recall that he gave a name.  Very demeaning, hostile attitude.  IRS would never call you with that kind of call.  Don't fall for it.

Its a scam.  The US Treasury department would not be calling you about a debt.

I also received a message from Dennis Gray from the US Treasury, it's a scam.  I told him I'll have my attorney call him back who do I need to talk with and they hung-up.  Total scam B E W A R E !!!!!!!!!

multiple calls from this number in course of 3 hours.
foreign accent, threatening request

Have received repeated calls from this number over the last two days.  My patience is wearing thin.  States same as the others have reported; a federal matter and needs our cooperation or they will prosecute.
