What a pushy bunch of folks!  I don't like to be ugly to telemarketers, but this guy pushed me over the top!  I have an insulin pump, but not through them.  I wasn't about to give him anymore information.

Iam so tired of these people calling,, they call under different numbers. all having to do with being diabetic,, so much for the do not call list...i have asked them to stop calling, and guess they dont know the meaing of that..

It is Liberty as mentioned below. You or someone using your number filled out a form (likely a 'free' offer) that caused them to begin calling.

On no call list, persistant calls, both home and cell phone numbers.

I get several calls a day from this number and I never answer. How can I stop them from calling? I am on the "Do not call" list but it doesn't seem to help.A4C7

I have had five calls in two days asking me about diabetic supplies.  I did sign up for publisher's clearinghouse....I am tired of them calling...I told them I was not diabetic and to remove my name from the call list....they just called again!!!!

They are selling male enhancement products... the girl called me and I have some rather suggestive comments my erection...... I thnk she quit her job.... and since they are not calling from a random list the DO NOT VALL REGISTRY does not affect them.....

I am getting repeated calls from this company about diabetic testing supplies.  I do not need any and am on all do not call lists and have repeatedly asked to be put on your do not call list.  I was told today I was getting this even if I didn't want it.  When I asked a question was told to be quiet she was asking the questions.  How rude is this ?  Make it stop now.

I recieved several calls from 561-972-5440, but never left a message. When I called back they said it was E Diabetic Care. I am not a diabetic nor is anyone else in my home. The woman said she would take me off the call list. We'll see if they call again.

After waiting for the Next available agent, he gave me ALL kinds of information about me, including my address I had only lived at for about a month. He talked so fast he never even let me confirm I was who he thought he was talking to.
He wanted to send me a free talking meter and when I told him I was on Medicaid, he told me "with my permission" He would put me on the call back list because they are not currently working with medicaid.
When I pointed out that he just listed all kinds of personal information without letting me confirm that I was me, and told him I would report them to the better business bureau if he did not confirm with me that they would never call me again.... he hung up.
I called back and I got a woman to say they are putting me on their do not call list.

Theese people call me 4 to 5 times a day I am a diabetic but we buy all my supplies from  my wifes job! they told me they would upgrade me toa new meter for my testing all I needed to do was give this african american man my social security number  and when i refused  to give my info  he started to get upset and i also kept questioning him on how hw got my number and my name i feel that theese people are up to no good that theese calls are very suspicious in nature i am reporting them to the BBB. the guy  eventually got frustrated at me and hung up

I've received several calls and I feel that someone is selling my data to this company.  They are going to attempt to remove my number from their telemarketing list.  They call, hear my voice message to leave a message and when the beep goes off, they call out my name as if I have answered.  They call, don't leave any type of information of who they are, why they're calling and how to return their call.  I advised the supervisor that I spoke with, that I'm on the Do Not Call List and this is my Only Warning that if they continue to call (which I'm going to do anyway) is file a complaint.

This is definitely a scammer that has found a successful way to skirt the Do Not Call registry.  I, too, received a spate of these calls from online colleges and diabetic supply companies as well as one wanting to sell window coverings.  I received 17-20 calls a day when it first went out.  It comes from a scammer using our name and a fictitious number and comes through "freeoregonemail.com."  The name, address, and phone number was probably scammed from public records as we do NO surveys and want none of these services.  Suggest you report it to police as ID theft as I did.  I turned over a detailed log of over 80 calls over 8 days.  My next step is to contact the attorney general's office as you kind folks who have posted have enabled me to see the bigger picture of this scammer.  Thanks, Susan, for your detailed post and also to "extelemarketer" for the details.

I got a call from this number, asking for my daughter (using a nickname she has), who has not lived with us for years, as she is married and moved away. It almost sounded like a "robo-call", as there was a second hesitation ..."can I speak to...(name)". I just said she was not here, and hung up. Question...if you can block a sender on the internet, why can't you block a phone number on the phone??? Now, THAT would be a good idea.

After I receive one of these many calls I get, I do not hang up...I put the phone down and leave it down until I hear the "beep-beep" from the phone. In my own little way, at least, I am tying up their phone line for a little while. Do this enough, they will get the message. Everyone should do it.

Just received a call from a "Mr. Greer" at this number stating that they have a newer diabetic meter to send me to update the meter I had.  I asked questions, ie where did they get my name, number, etc.  They said I was on the "list".  Wanted me to give them my birth date.  I didn't of course, and said I never had diabetes.  They immediatelly hung up.

I contacted my U.S. Representative about this company since I get repeated calls from them as well. I have informed them when they call that I am on the Federal No-Call List but they always say the same thing, that it's okay for them to call me since they are not trying to sell me anything, but just trying to give me free diabetic supplies paid for by my insurance company. Of course I do not have insurance since I am a disabled vet and get all my medical supplies from the V.A. My U.S. Representative took the information but said that everyone should file a complaint with their respective State's attorney general and that the more complaints each States A.G. gets, the more likely they are to crack down on this fraudulent company. Also, if you are a Veteran you need to contact both you State A.G. and you U.S. Representative and let them know that this company is harassing you; it may be that the V.A. is giving out your personal information, and if that is the case it must be stopped.

Got a call from this number and see many people have also received calls. They wont tell you who they are or identify their company or how they got your information
