I have never done any online quotes for auto insurance.  I have been a loyal customer of State Farm's for quite a number of years and will continue to be one. Try another excuse.

A couple of points to make here.  Perhaps there is a do not call list and perhaps there is not.  If there wasn't, the government website wouldn't still be up and running, but there IS such a thing called the FCC.  Are you aware of who that is?  It's a government agency called the Federal Communications Commission.  They regulate the interstate communications that your company is abusing.  Are you, also, aware, of what the penalties for using federal communications for harassment is?  Yes, that is EXACTLY what you and your company are doing.  You can check in the front of any printed phone book for verification if you would like.  The penalties for telephone harassment is 10 years in a federal prison and/or a $25,000 fine.  Can you afford $25,000 on the pitiful salary a telemarketer makes?  I didn't think so.  STOP HARASSING PEOPLE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS THE IDEA TO PRESS CHARGES AND/OR SUE YOU!!!!!!!!

I didnt answer the 562-387-1428 call, but did call back and a lady answered. I told her under federal law I request to be removed from their call data base or I would report them to the FCC and I was informed my number would be removed from their data base.

Loud Cloud Nine (LCN) will NOT furnish a DNC policy, has no website, and is complete fraud.

If your on the DNC registry, then you'd know your still subjective to telephone surveys, which is what LCN does. If you don't want to be called, answer the phone and simply say I want to be put on your Do not call list and you want be contacted within 24-48 to allow the system to update. You can contact your prosecuting family friend if you want and he can try and burn someone all he wants, he'd just be burning himself out of his valuable time and money

Yeah, there is a Federal Do not call list that was renacted in 2008.........However, pssd off OBVIOUSLY thinks he knows how it works, but he is completely clueless.......I hope you try and file charges there bud, cause you'd be laughed out of the courts....as long as we are'nt trying to sell you anything and remove ANYONE on our DO NOT CALL list that requests so, we have the right to do legal survey work to make money

Only fraud is your dumb@ss.......YES, LCN has a DO NOT CALL list....however, we don't put someone on it that doesn't respond, hangs up, plays games, cries on forums etc,etc......We put EVERYONE that we call who asks to be put on our DNC list.....they don't get ANYmore calls from us within 24-48 hours after list updates on a daily basis......We have no website cause we don't need a website to do phone survey work to help people try and save money on their auto insurance rates

These are ridiculous calls that if you even answer they act like they've been caught doing something wrong.  Why bother to call if you're not going to leave a message or talk when someone does answer.  These are those type of robo-calls or something along that nature.  Thank heavens for caller ID where you don't have to pick up and waste your time.  Problem is you think it may be someone you know as you still see origin as this one was "Seal Beach CA" for me and guess what, I live in California so I thought it might be important.  Luckily I didn't pick up this time and waste my time.  Aye carumba, it will never stop and it's nice to vent here.  Just so you know you're not the only one.

I will now block the number on my phone so it doesn't even ring next go round as I'm sure there will be one.

harassment calls

They are just a company that gets peoples numbers from some form either online or somewhere regarding insurance. They are not a scam and they gather information that insurance agents in areas buy to try and sell insurance to people depending on the information. They are annoying but I worked there and people DO get quotes, not just some guy stealing your info and taking identity

Caller ID showed Seal Beach, CA trying to sell me auto insurance.  The guy told me that I had requested information which is a flat out lie.  I'm on the National Do Not Call List and I'm reporting him for this violation.

I just recieved a call from the same#. Didnt answer and no message was left. Is this a scam # ??
