Repeat call from this number ... it's already on my *SPAM* list, but no clue how long ago I added it!

It was on my SPAM list as well, dated Aug 2015, got the second call on May 10, 2017

Caller ID rad Unknown Name.  No message but from previous dealings, this number is used by telemarketing scammers.

Now marketing for growing MLM businesses?  Sad, no matter how you slice it, just sad.  Eminently blockable.

The number 562-513-5422 called our landline number and we didn't answer & they left no message. A few minutes later they called my cell phone #, I didn't answer & no message left then either. Don't know how they got the 2 phone numbers. It's best to not answer unknown, unlisted numbers.

They call but never leave a message.

Just received a call, nothing but heavy breathing on the other end, like someone wanted to say something but didn't.  I didn't answer the phone because I didn't recognize the number.

How do you know there was heavy breathing if you did not answer the call?  Do you mean on the answer machine?

Called but no message. So many people complain, what is our government doing, just collecting tax?
With AI technology, it's very easy to block such mess calls.

Go ahead, then, and block the calls. Just realise, though, that the majority of these calls originate overseas so there's little the government can do.

Unknown Name, but based on previous entries as well as a friend reporting exactly this type of call ("you have warrants and here's what you need to do about them," obviously a scam. I used to be a civilian employee in a police department and I guarantee you that no one will call to tell you you have one.
