- SharonHi, I'm surprised they're not leaving you messages. phone number (562) 888-6490 has been calling me continuously and leaving intimidating voice messages from women stating that they're calling from a processor office and that they are going to serve me legal documents at my residence and that there has been a claim filed against me. I have already checked the courts and it has been relay to me by the court that there is no evidence that proves this and that it's probably .illegitimate call. So I have made it a point to report this to the authorities. I hope they don't harass you

- JimGentleman that called my number ask for me by my first name. I told him that was me. Then he wanted to know if I was going to be home to receive some legal documents at a given time tomorrow. I told him I had no interest in receiving any legal documents. He then stated that they would be delivered anyway to some address I never lived at or heard of so I told him to go ahead and deliver them. The address he stated the documents would be deliver to is not a even street name in the town where I live. Can you say SCAM.

- Lynnwas called asking for my address to service me paper because they didn't want to do it at my job.
I ask whom the papers was from they gave me a name of SA. They gave me a phone number to a Smith and associates, they also gave me a ref. Number. I called the place gave them the ref number got put on hold for 20 min. No one got back to me. It's a scam. Out of the blue get a call saying you're being served paper and can't tell you for what. Total scam. - CindyA woman just called me asking for “Cindy” I asked her if I could help her and so she asked she are you Cindy (and stated my last name) and I re-instated can I help you?
Then this lady w/o knowing who I was then went on stating that she was a processor and that they have legal documents they need to serve me. Specifically, they wanted to be sure that I would be home tomorrow between the hours of 10-4. I told them I couldn’t help them and hung up.
Clearly, these ppl are scammers. They had some of my personal information and I wasn’t giving them anything: not even admitting who I was. Tax season is upon us BUT clearly when being served they aren’t going to call you beforehand!!- Caller: Unknown

- DKGot a message left on my older daughter phone from a lady saying that the message was for me and someone is coming to my residence between 10 and 2 tomorrow and if I'm not going to be there, I needed to call this 562. I called the number and this guy had my SS number and some other personal information. He was calling about a credit card I opened in 2007 with my previous wife AFTER we got divorced. I asked him what address I used to open this account, he gave me my current address. I said, well that's funny, I move here in 2012. You're full of [***]! I told him what he can do to himself and hung up! Who calls and warns you they are coming to serve you with papers anyways? Wouldn't it be a "surprise" visit? Get a life!

- Sharon replies to Leilani ToaI keep getting the same call. First of the lady with the same voice told me a different name when she called a second time.
The fact that I’m saying this number also bothering a couple of huge people here that I’m responding to tells me that this is a scam.
Thank you for warning other people about this. It’s wrong for people to be harassing other people and scaring them just for their own benefit to make money. Only God knows exactly what’s going on and he’s going to deal with the culprit.
Thank you and I hope they don’t harass you anymore as well God bless - post pending moderator approval
- Not ScaredI too received a call from this number leaving a message saying they'll be serving me with papers certified between 10-2pm tomorrow. As a former collector myself, there are laws and protocols to follow when trying to serve a debtor. They need to show they've attempted to send letters to your address on file and give you time to respond..NOT just show up with papers...DO NOT PANIC OR BE SCARED ABOUT STUFF LIKE THIS...Hit ignore on your phone if you don't recognize it...Play games with them...

- RSM| 1 replyCalled asking for an address to send "legal documents" to. I told them if they was legit, they'd already have my address. Also said it's illegal to call me since my number is on the National Do Not Call List. (As if that matters anymore). The guy said "So, you don't want these legal documents"? I said no. He then said "OK, we'll see you in court". I then said it's also illegal to threaten legal action if you're a collector. He hung up on me.
I have no collections against me, nor do I owe anyone anything. Total scam.- Caller: ?Something? Legal Services

I hung up and they called again, left a voicemail mail message and said it was final attempt to call and we’re going to serve me through pay roll? Who served through payroll and warns you about it???? SCAM
