I received a followup call today to the initial call on April 2nd.    A women by the name of Jennifer Miller stated that since I had not complied with their previous request that they would be forced to turn my case over to a lawyer.
The tone of this call was very scary.  What can be done to stop these people?

a woman desiree states she is serving legal docs. no other info, but threatening and intimidating. asked to reply by calling 888-865-2871 with a reference number

I received a call asking for me.  I confirmed that I was speaking, lady states that there are some legal documents that are to be delivered to my place of work today.  I asked who the legal papers are from, she couldn't give me that information, but instead gave me a phone # 866-865-2871 to call.  If this was a legit process server, they would've been able to immediately provide the entity "suing" me.  This is a SCAM.

I got a call form this number  at my place of work saying I was being served child support papers and left me a number to call to get my information.....I looked up the number they gave me and it's for a doctor  bill that my medical insurance  said they paid for....

Yeah I got a call from this number. I answered but i didn't say anything she was like "it's okay I can wait all day" then she put me on hold then hung up. I called back private and she told me it was law firm.

The caller (a female) called my son, told him I had a legal matter and needed my number. Unknowing to him, he gave the caller my phone number and she proceeds to call me within 5 mins of speaking to my son.

This is my 2nd call from regarding some random process they needed to serve me...and I told the caller as much. She said, well you should have handled that. I responded, I know that you are bogus and I'm not providing you with any additional information... do your job. This woman said, See you tomorrow!  These people are embarrassing themselves for a living.

Received a voicemail today from 1-562-888-6490. The caller was a women, Josalynn,  who said she was with legal support services.    They were going to send legal documents to my home and needed to make sure I would be home between 10:00 and 2:00 P.M.  Did not call back to 866-865-2871, the # they left.

This number called my daughter, my husband, and I leaving messages threatening me with paperwork just as all these other complaints say. I had been receiving these calls in January from different numbers but same story and same (562) area code too. I have always gotten women both American and foreign sounding.

They keep calling me and leaving messages their gonna serve me papers.i have serious medical issues right now.its stressing me out.is there nothing that can be done???

These very same Scammers called me back in March (see my comments below) and now again in May.  They are getting even more aggressive!!

Today I received a voicemail left by an Eric who stated that he worked for a legal support services and that they had been out to my address (states my home address which is where I live) on numerous occasions to service me and today was my final notice.  The guy thought he was being slick in using my maiden name.  These ppl do their research on the internet and it’s basic knowledge.  Don’t give them anything else!

Anyways, he then stepped up his game by stating that I had until the end of the day to contact them and if I didn’t then the courts could go ahead with the decision as my Home address & work is validated.  See, it’s all a trick.  I don’t have to do anything.  First off.  I know I don’t owe anything so I don’t have to worry about anything to begin with.  Secondly, that isn’t how the courts work.  They have to verify & validate where you live.  Most have to have you sign for documents.  Lastly, I don’t even work.

Don’t be fooled by these ppl.  I wouldn’t be surprised if they read these for feedback and then try again.
