I run a salvage yard and when I see his number come up on caller id and one of the other parts people answers it, I tell him to say we don't have it and to blow him off. If he is a 'professional' like he claims to be, he sure acts very unprofessional. I feel sorry for his 'employees', but he is probably one of the most rude, obnoxious customers I have ever dealt with and yes he will prank call you the rest of the day..word of advice when you see his number, just pick up and hang up.

thru junkyarddog.com - I found this link after I had placed an order.  Marc was decent to work with and we were able to agree on a price for a part.  He was able to find it and I had it a little over a week.  I called him 6 days after our first call and asked for a status and due to the weather, it was delayed.  He stated I would have it Wed/Thurs of the same week and when I got home on Thurs, the part was there.  While communication wasn't great, I did get what I ordered and he billed me post shipping.

This fella inquired about a pair of mirrors I showed for a reasonable price. Upon telling him I had to check and see if the car was still there, I asked what he was thinking as a price. I was not able to accommodate his offer and told him thanks anyway. He returned my call again saying we were cut off. I informed him we were not cut off, I said I'd have to pass. He then called back again concerned about my education level. The next call from him was for the manager as I happen to be the owner, I figured I would do. I was treated to being addressed as dumb *!#cker, and yet another phone call of hello hello hello

The only positive posts for him could only be from himself or perhaps a payed third party as it is hard to believe he would have any friends that would claim knowing him.
There are too many good people that broker parts to take a bunch of crap off such a dirtbag.

I just wanted to add to this string of comments.  I used junkyard dog to try and find a interior door panel for an HHR that i bought and had to fix a hack job of trying to customize a speaker install.  I was impressed by how fast this guy got ahold of me through email letting me know that he had the part.  When I talked to him it seemed to smooth and Price was a little high.  When I told him it was a little more than what I planned to pay for a second hand part we negotiated a fair price.  Only after giving up my card info did i try and find out more.  Couldnt get a listing for the guy and couldnt find his business other than a few strings of boards like this one.
Well I was worried to say the least but long of the short is I paid for the part on saturday and had it at my house on wednsday.  I am convinced that he does not stock alot of parts and buys them from other yards judging from alot of comments coming from yards who refuse to do business with him.  Point is he gets fair prices and locates the parts we have trouble finding.  I doubted my decision at first but the part came quickly and at a fair price.

Well found Marc on junkyarddaog.com and he sent me a message and gave him a call , he found my throttle body on my plymouth sundance , couldnt find one any where else and even nogatiated a price wich was awsome. caleed back a week later and got my tracking number and it came the same day when I looked it up on UPS, Every thing worked out good part in hand thx Marc.

Calls and calls, very rude and swears often.
Refuse to do business but he calls over and over again.
He is a scam artist.

Not adding to the online debate, lights and parts obtained from Marc when they could not be found anywhere else, as of Sept. 1, through local mechanic's work and Marc's parts, I now have a whole car.  Thanks, Marc.

He does not have a salvage yard.  He works out of his house and is a parts broker only.  If he provided any good service, it is only because of the hard working legitimate salvage yards he buys from doing all of the work for him.  We have blacklisted him from buying from us as he is rude and obnoxious.  I have hung up on him several times.  Only call him if you feel like pranking him and giving him a little of his own medicine.  I also have his addresses if anyone feels like paying him a visit.

This guy is nuts. Calls complaining about prices and is just plain nuts.

Called for info...Marc asked where I was calling from...I asked where he was calling from / located?  He would not answer until I answered first...discourteous and attitude...not cool dude...I'm the customer

I needed a very hard to find seat track for my son-in-laws 1993 ranger. Mark was awesome. He shipped the part right away. I had in in less than a week.  I admit I was worried after reading all this negative stuff posted here but I really wanted this part and I didnt wanna look for it anymore. Mark came through for me !   I definitly recommend him.

He is so rude and obnoxious, very arrogant and cocky. When I see his number on the caller ID, I tell him we don't have it, or just hang up. People who do business with him have to be as ignorant as Mark himself.
