Marc is an idiot. He writes me an email saying he has the steering wheel I am looking for, and to call him. I call him and he claims to have one, for an inflated price, but refuses to send me a picture of it first.

Who in their right mind would pay that much without knowing what it looks like.

This guy called up today trying to get some prices on parts shipped. So we told him we would need to calculate a shipping price and call him back he was very rude once we said that. But I ignored it.
Once he called back and we gave him a finally price which also made him freak out so I said never mind we don't need to sell this to you. He freaked out even more and kept repeating "what is your problem" over and over again like those are the only words he knows(which is probably true because this guy is the biggest [***] I have ever come across) Then he kept saying he needed to talk to the owner and whats his name and whats his number. I did not give him any information because clearly he has some mental problems and we do not want his business ever! He kept being extremely rude and kept with the name calling(things I cannot put on here because they are very rated R) So I hung up. He called back about 15x in a row and just kept harassing me.

He must be very very small (in the jeans and over all body) because all he can do is name call like a little 4 year old. Hes very lucky hes hiding behind the phone.
Im sure if he ever confronted someone like this in real life he would be in the hospital... or dead which would be nice too :)

Ordered an amplifier from this guy. he sent the wrong part out to me, and told me that he would refund me. well he decided to change his mind and is sending out another part, but its still not the right part number. he is refusing to refund my money, and is saying i'm not "letting him talk" and that i'm rude, when he's the one who is lying and interrupting. I told him that I need a refund because he doesn't have the part i need, and money is just tight for me right now (which it is..) and he told me "money isn't tight i know you're lying". will never do business with him again, and making sure none of my friends or family every have to deal with this [***].

and Marc, if that's your name, if you're reading this, i hope you can learn to grow up. you talk like a rude teenager. idk if maybe you have a mental condition, and if you do i'm sorry but you can't talk like that to people. you're never getting  my business again. you lied about your return policies, first telling me i'd get a full refund then claiming you only do exchanges.

I am an Office Manager with excellent people reading skills. Needless to say I have to deal with BS on a constant basis...
When I was searching for a Dash Wiring Harness for a 2002 Jeep Wrangler which was seeming to be an exhausting process.
I used JunkDog.com and have many e-mails from several dealers.
Marc's email claimed to have one... I sent him a picture wanting to be sure that he did infact have what I was looking for.
His replied email back to him was to call him...
So I did.
Upon talking to him he said again that he did have one.
I asked for a picture because I have been burned before and I wanted confirmation that he did infact have one...
He then proceeded to give me this line of BS about how long it takes to take a picture.... 1 hour... HAHA
Needless to say I told him I was not interested and I would shop around.
Intuition tells me keep a wide birth from this one.

This guy Marc called. Upset my salesman so bad that I took over the call. After checking out the names and addresses he was trying to use and reading a few different reviews connected to his phone number I choose to not do business with this person who has multiple names connected to this number. Now he is calling non-stop(every 3 minutes) with threatening calls about how he is going to ruin my (internet)business within 6 months. The only way to deal with this rude obnoxious person is to keep hanging up. Now I'm calling his local police dept, local zoning enforcement, tax collectors, ,etc. This guy deserves the attention he is about to receive:)
