got this one too, 7:43 Pacific time to my cell phone. didn't answer. says VA, USA.

I got a call this morning from this no. and did not answer.  One ring, no message.  Glad I googled the no.  Thanks for the posts.  Beware everyone.

Got a missed call from this number. I blocked my number and call back to see who it's only to be given foolish options and the options basically was saying i should unlock my number to get my message.

It seems this number from what I am reading from others they out there to phis or harass people.

They should be a way out to hold such people responsible for their foolish acts/behavior right?

what can we do?

They called me during school... one ring only though.

Missed call on the cellphone. Don't know who they are but apparently not someone I want to talk to from looking at the replies here. Just shows up as a phone number.

same thing, 2 rings and hung up. Glad I decided to do a Google search before calling it back.

same here. glad i googled and found out its a BS call.

They called me, hung up after one ring.  I called them back and the message stated that all of their lines are busy, please try calling again... name was just "Washington    DC" on my caller ID

I just has a missed call from this number as well. It rang twice then hung up. I can't stand callers like this....I blocked my number and called this number back...it sounds like it says to listen to a message from your missed call from "hey Cosmo"? press 1, to block future calls press  ......SO its something Cosmo. What are these people up to now?

I guess everyone does this, they get a phone number they dont recognize and check the internet.... I just got my call on saturday march 6th.  I ve had "claim now your free weekend getaway cruise last year. I ve a call from magic jack....etc....  It is cool to check the internet once in awhile for unknown numbers. anyways thanks for post on this number 571-403-9178. If I call the automated computer who knows what call I'll get next. This phone number can serve also as a tracking feature for automated calling, that is if you actually call the number.

Just got the call and googled the phone number. Good thing. Im on a no call list either, like some people who have posted before me. Are they trying to get a hold of people who are not on the no call list? If they can still call me, then whats the point of being on the no call list...

Checked my phone to see that I had a missed call from this number at 8.10pm PT. I have a friend with the same area code so I was about to call back but something told me to look it up real quick. Good thing I did. Shows up as VA, USA.

Not sure what the number is, either.   But as with everyone else here, I had one ring and that was it.  Never had a call from them before, and I hope never again!

me too.  looked it up on the web, which I usually never do but am glad I did.  will block it if it happens again.

I just recieved a call from them, as well....no message left on my cell.  And I am also on a no call list.  Ack!  I wonder what loop hole they have found in order to do this!?

1 ring and hang up.

I don't want calls from this number

I don't want calls from this number either!!!!!

So glad i googled the number i just got a call as well

This is an automated phone number dialing program. Don't call this number back. They will know your number is valid if you do and then they'll sell your number to thousands of scam callers.

It seems they only try once per number.
