please stop these calls

constant calls from this number 1 586-200-2450 this person with an Indian accent
is in a phishing looking for your person information DO NOT GIVE!
I just receive an other call from this number 1-586-200- 4250.

Keep getting numerous calls from 5862004250 followed by caller hanging up. Received nine calls today. 12/18/2014. Howcan I stop this harassment?

Received 9 calls on 12/19 and 12/18 recv'd 8 on 12/16 ,  No good being on National do not call list.  No one is ther if I pick up.  What can I do?!  There HAS to be a way to stop this harassment!

Your scamming callers do not maintain this site or this web page. No callers can magically determine which numbers should not be called based on anonymous comments. Criminals who mass-dial and violate the Telemarketing Sales Rule have no plans to stop calling you no matter what you say and regardless of your DNC registrations. They need first to be sued or jailed.

An honest company using an interactive response system would assign only one key for each command. An offer to "touch any number" should tell you that the illegal cold caller doesn't care what you press so long as you respond, thereby marking your number as one which may get a live response. This raises its value when resold to other crooks as a "lead". It should go without saying the opt-out offer is bogus.

No one else reading this page can ''please stop these calls'' from anywhere on your behalf. These forums are for call recipients to share their experience, attempt to identify call sources, and optionally offer advice, as others before you have done.

Companies which want your business and fear the law are obeying the Telemarketing Sales Rule and thus not calling you. Scammers who live far away and sneer at laws don't care about your DNC registration or the annoyance of abandoned calls. You will have to either find and sue the caller for TCPA violations or invest in a call blocker or switch to a VOIP service for its call management features.

The company has called 3 times in about an hour.  When they went to start telling me that wanted to verify my information so that they could send my Diabetic supplies.  I instantly said that I was going to stop the conversation because I have a company that meets my needs and have no desire to change.  Went to tell me that I could get a better deal with them.  And i told then per my insurance I got my supplies for FREE and there was no way they could beat that and to immediately remove me from their list or I would report them if I received another called,   Called back 15 minutes later and before they could start and advised them that I have already been told not to call and that I will be filing a complaint.  They stated they would put me on the DO NOT CALL list.  So then they called again and hung up on me.  

Caller showed up as Allstate.  They have the address, but want date of birth and Dr.s name   Told them if they have a paper from Medicare then they all they need to know.   To ask me and I will verify what they have.   They would not do that.   They called later and asked for my mother by name, who the wanted in the first place, I told them she could not come to the phone and they hung up.   They are trying to get around me to the elderly person.  Who they hope will fall for their scam.    

These people keep calling me a couple times a day !!!!!! ugh!!!!!

Shows up as ALLSTATE on the caller I.D.  I ignored the call for about two weeks.  I finally decided to answer and see that they wanted.   Not only did they speak broken English they were stumbling over their words.  He said something I couldn't understand then said he wanted to ask me for my medical history and insurance information.  I just hung up on him and placed him on call block.  I know they will just change the number and call back.  Maybe I can have a little piece and quiet in the meantime.

We had been getting calls from this number (586-200-4250 & sometimes a different number) for a while.  During Christmas things slowed down! One day last week my husband answered the call but he could not understand the woman speaking broken English & he told her that he couldn't understand a thing she said and then hung  up.  Now today they have called our house 21 times since 9:05 AM till now, 5:25 PM! I answered it once & disguised my voice.  She asked for my husband and said something about diabetic supplies delivered to the home. I told her she had the wrong number.  The next time we turned on a dancing chicken when they called!  They never leave a message on the answering machine! When my husband answered the phone the last time they hung up!  I am sick of getting calls every 15-30 mins! What can we do??

Haaaave recieved 4 calls already this am and it is not even 10:00. Never a voice mail so must not be important. I was told some time ago not to answer or reject calls you do not reconize as that tells them this is a working number and they will keep calling for their different scams. Best to just put on your reject list and move on.

I noticed when I called the # back they said to hit any digit to be removed from this call list.  Perhaps, this will stop them from calling.

Did you call them back?  If not, call them back and hit any digit and see if this removes you from their call list.

I dont answer calls from unknown area calls. I blocked the number. I get 6-10 calls at a time 2-4 times a day.

Received several calls from Allstate 586-200-4250  -- I remembered this phone number and name from before.  They leave nothing on the answering machine, just surprised they are back calling again.

Had numerous calls from Conn's, in Texas. For someone else. Texas State Attorney General's office would do nothing. So I called the local police department and talked to a detective... gave all pertinent info and Conn's still kept calling ..excuse was that they could not get the number off their auto dialer. So i just kept calling all the numbers they had been calling me from that day and the previous month... and when they answered with the name of the person they were trying to call at my number...I requested Conn's remove my number. This tactic effectively ties up their multiple operators until they removed the number and stopped calling. 11 calls in one day from them, every 10 to 20 minutes. The 'supervisor', who had lied and said my number would be removed within 24 hours from their automated call list more than a month before and promised many times since, got flustered and was asking me not to call anymore. She said I was harassing them and I gave he the local police departments number so she could discuss with them why Conn's was continuing to call.

Am on nat and local no call lists. Useless except to give to police. Thank You officer Johnson
