I got several calls from this number with the caller ID coming up as "Allstate" so I went to the Allstate website and filled out a query form on which I explained the problem.  I got an email back the next day saying they would investigate my complaint.  I got a follow up email today (a weej after the first one) as follows:
"We have completed our investigation regarding the phone calls you received and would like to provide you a resolution on this matter.
Please allow me to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.  In regards to the excessive phone calls you received. The calls came from our Customer Service Center in India. We have updated our Do Not Call /Solicitation list. If you receive any more of these calls, please let me know. Again, please accept my sincere apologies for any inconveniences this may have caused you.  
I’m going to close your file for now but please reply to this e-mail at your earliest convenience if you have any questions. I can be reached between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

I suggest everyone does the same with any number that you can associate with a legitamate business.  Being on the Federal DNC registry isn't enough.

You do realize, this company has absoluely NOTHING to do with Allstate Insurance?   I hate the people who call from this number, but people can be dumb by reporting the wrong company too.  You have just wasted time, by making a false report, to a company not even associated with the number.  ALLSTATE right?  its a solicitor selling medical trash to you with a similar name.  People blame the wrong party too much these days and make things worse.

Twenty or so calls a day. No one responds when phone is picked up.

Have 10 calls a day, for the past month.   Found out I have to hit Star 67 on the phone when they call. this will block them from calling.

so how did that work for you?

I've been getting calls from this number for months now. At first it was 4 or 5 times a day. Now, I've asked them to stop calling and to remove my number from their list but I still get calls at least 4 times a week. How do you make it stop???? I like the idea of the airhorn, I'll have to get one.

We received 6 calls from this number yesterday. We have received another 6 today.  I called the number back and pressed 1 to be removed from the call list but they are still calling.  This is a nuisance!  We are on the "Do Not Call List" and the fact that they are able to find a workaround for this is unacceptable.

I keep getting calls from all state is what it says on my caller Id. they call as much as 3 times each day. I keep telling I'm not interested in the Diebetic supples they are trying to get me to order.  Can these calls be blocked.

I think I have gotten 10 calls from this number.  They can't speak English.  They seem to have an order for medical supplies which I have not ordered.  Don't want them calling me.

Rec'd numerous calls listed on CID from Allstate. The people I talked to were a female as well as a male with foreign accent. Due to something said in the conversation from their side, this phone number was reported to authorities. Reverse phone look up has the call is from Roseville, MI. Also listed as "heavy spam".
