According to various news articles, this is not a poll and they don't want to "gather opinions". This is paid PR advertising by "Friends for Peace", setup by Brad Parscale/Clock Tower X LLC and paid for by Israel. Response are met with an AI chatbot that directs you to pro-Isreal websites.

They contacted under the guise of providing a survey on political topics and immediately began to fight with me on my views on Israel. The entire point was to ask leading questions to discredit the war crimes of Netanyahu.

No, this is not meant to trap you.  They do not know you are not an American, they just text numbers randomly, trying to get responses so they can present their pro-Israel propaganda, which is intended to try and sway the opinion of American Citizens in favor of Israel.
Go ahead and tell them your true feelings (as strongly as you want; even as a non-American you have a right to express your opinion in America), if it is not what they want to hear they will most likely simply disconnect and ignore you.
