Have had several calls from this number...no message left...and when I try to call back, all I get is a busy signal..
Caller ID shows only Brandon, MS

I do not answer the phone and am on a no call list. If they do not leave a message they are a crooks.

This number appears on my Caller ID no less tan 8 times a day.  When I answer, I immediately hang up. It says Unknown Number.  It is BEYOND annoying for them to call so many times.  Whoever they are, they are desperate to talk to someone to sell something and because of the volume of calls, I wouldn't buy it if it were the last product on earth of its kind.

Started getting calls from this number yesterday, when I answered it was a robocall from Independent Women's Voice & there is no option to be removed from call list. Today they have already called me 5 times.

I have received a few calls. I didn't answer the call but they left a 2 second message. All I can get out of it is the Affordable Care Act. I tried calling back to only get a busy signal.

The 1st three times I got the call, I didn't answer. They left an automated message for ObamaCare, and told me to call them back. When I answered them, an automated message for Independent Women's Voice came up.

I have gotten two calls from this number now. They are one of many random numbers that call me. I've had my number for as long as I've had a phone (5 years, I am 18) and I have always gotten junk callers and also men calling asking for the same girl that is not me (there must be someone out there giving my number to bad dates!) I am sick of it and almost ready to get a new number.

Have received several calls from some Women's Group..Ask ridiculous questions about Congress abiding by laws which state that all legislature members must purchase insurance under affordable care act. Since you only push a button to answer and cannot give your opinion, I just hung up.  I do not believe that anyone should be forced to purchase insurance.  Give me a BREAK!  I would like to lift the phone and blow a whistle loudly but I know this is just robo calls and it will not be heard....Grrrrrrr!!! The caller ID states, "Unknown." If you do not want me to know who you are, don't call me..

This number has called my home many times, and I have answered none.  Today it was four times.  My call-ID shows Bolton, MS.   Talk about pests.......

Robo call asking if I think Thad Cochran took special treatment to skirt obama care.  Most likely from McDaniel.  Funny thing is I voted for McDaniel in the primary but this BS will make me change my mind and keep Cochran in office.  Do you hear me Chris?  

Yes senator survey about Obama care! 1 for yes and 2 for no are the only options. They call me everyday! I don't know how to stop it

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is to get a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information, or visit your favorite sales site.

* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scammers" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

I want whoever keeps calling my house every day at the no, 601-202-2350, a recording, to quit calling my house every day all during the day and tying my line up.  I am not interested in anything they have to say.  Caller I'd shows this no. 601-202-2350 at Edwards, MS

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!

What options does one have to defend themselves against intrusive callers?

• The Do Not Call list (Federal or State)
Works, but is effective against ONLY "legitimate" telemarketers.  Political callers, surveys and some other callers are exempt.  Scammers ignore the DNC list.

• NoMoRobo
A system offered by some telephone providers, to help automatically block robocalls.  Google "nomorobo" to see if it works with your phone provider.

• Shouting, screaming, swearing at the caller
Nope.  Does not stop calls.  May make you hoarse, and will disturb nearby people.

• Call blocker app, device or service
Could be a good choice (even though the scammers can use fake phone numbers), and some apps are free!

I have received at least ten calls from this number in the last three days, and I have answered none and have the number blocked.  My caller ID says Bolton, MS.    To say I am sick of this pest calling my home is an understatement.  I am on every non-call list that I can register.  Something needs to be done about pest like this one.  

This is beyond abusive use of telemarketing.

Yes, they want to know my opinion about Obama care.  No way do I give my beliefs to a stranger on the phone, ever..........really?
