Number 1 (601) 202-3387 shows up as Bolton, MS calls and leaves this voicemail with myself and my ex-husband:
"This is a legal notification for (they said my first and last name) date of birth (they said my actual birth month, day, and year)
My name is Nicole and I'm calling from judicial services on behalf of (they said the county I live in) informing you important legal documents have attempted to be delivered to you. Unfortunately, these documents have not come back with a valid response. At this time we are scheduled to complete service of process at either a residential address we have here on file or an active job site. You or your attorney have the right to contact the mediation office filing this claim. They can be reached at 1 (833) 887-1161. When calling, be sure to reference your case file number (they gave me a number MB######) to obtain all case details. This is a time sensitive legal matter. Contact them before the case is filed, at which point, you will forfeit your right to do so"
I can't find any valid information on either phone number. When I called the given number, a girl named Ashley answered Hart & Associates, then I hung up. I googled Hart & Associates and spoke with Attorney Anna Hart, who says she practices in Alabama and does not have any contact information of anyone with her firm in Bolton, MS. I also called my local court house and they told me they would never call to discuss case information.
Sounds scammy to me!

It IS a scam. REAL process servers don't call in advance. Nor do they take payment to not serve you, which is what this scammer would tell you if you actually spoke to them.
