I got this call moments ago. I never answer calls from a number I don't know.

These people are NOT scammers. They are crooks. They say they can lower your credit card interest rate and if you believe them you deserve to be robbed. What they do is to get unsuspecting people to GIVE them their credit card number (making the owner believe they need the number in order to lower the rate). Once they have your number, they start withdrawing funds from the account...

They just called and I selected 1 to talk to a rep and then the phone hung up. Too bad for them I don't have credit yet.

No message. Unknown caller.

Just got a call from this number, no message or anything. I tried calling it back and voicemail box has not been set up.

Just got a call from this number on my 12 yr olds phone wanting to consolidate his debts ...HELLO he does not have any ... reporting this number now

got a call, card member serives, as soon as some one picked up and I asked who am I speaking with the hung up. no answer voicemail not set up. this is a phone scam.

Got a call a few minutes ago from this number about lowering my credit card interest rates. Pushed 1 to chat with someone and immediately told them my number is on the Do Not Call list and could they  . . . . click! RUDE

I got the same call just now.  I picked up just when the automated message was saying, this is your final warning, we've tried to reach you, we're going to start action against you.  I hit 1 and when the person responded I said that I'd like to ask a couple questions.  They immediately hung up.

Just got a call to my cell from this number-I didn't pick up and they didn't leave a message.

These people called my cell at 9 pm, when I stop answering the phone unless I recognize the number.  They left no message.  I'm on the National Do Not Call list, why the heck does it seem this list only attaracts garbage calls??? I'm sick and tired of being on this list and the right to not want these calls being ignored.

Selling credit card debt services text to my mobile phone which is a problem. Any way that I can stop these calls

The same thing happen to me today,also received a call last night around 11:00 pm tried calling back .I also am on the call list!

Got a call on my cellphone from this number 12:31 pm Eastern.  No message left.  Even though it's a cell phone it is on the Do Not Call list.

I have a Texas Do Not Call on my wife and my cellphones yet we get the calls from this number. When I attempt to speak to an operator, it disconnects

About Lower Interest Rates - this is my cell phone and I have had this number on the do not call registry for years - get them at home too but don't have caller ID on my home phone.  Is there someone interested in a class action suit as I'm considering this as harassment due to the number of calls I get.  There is no option to press to opt out.  I have filed a complaint on the do not call registry but have never heard back anything on previous complaints to that site.

I also pressed "1" because it is the only way to speak to someone in an attempt to be removed. Whe I was asked if I was calling to take advantage of their offer, I told them no, I just wanted to be removed from their list. Before I could finish my sentence, the jerk had hung up.

So much for consistency.  I got this same call from 702-596-4260.  Thought setting up a block call from Verizon would stop it, but these slick [***] use numerous numbers.

Received on my cell phone which is also on the DNC list.

Automated call about reducing credit charges etc. etc. we have sent numerous notices to your residence etc. this is your last chance etc. press 1 to speak to a representative.

Pressed 1, call was disconnected.

no matter what you tell these people they continue to call.

they refuse to listen...they talk over you

"if you have at least 3k in credit card bills and one in good standing we can lower your interest rate"

the govt has a stimulus package....blah blah

they are NOT your credit card company
