I answered and it was a recorded message soliciting me to combine my credit cards and reduce the interest rate.  I pressed 1 when prompted to speak to a rep.  When the rep answered he asked if I was responding to their lower rate offer. I informed him that they were making an unsolicited call to a business cell phone, I am on the Don Not Call registry and would like my number removed from their list and he immediately hung up.   Companies like these should be fined into oblivion!

Absolutely complain to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx .  If found guilty these companies are fined $10,000 per incident.   Lets make them pay for the BS!

I have opted out on text messages,I have told them to take my name off their list when they call and nothing matters to them.They hang up in your face and they just never stop, They use to call my home phone so I got rid of it.Now it"s my cell phone. this has been going on for a very long time. I'm in on any kind of lawsuit or any kind of solution to this problem that anyone may have.

These morons called me at 900 at night with this automated message about reducing credit card debt and this was my final notice.  I pressed 1 in hopes of speaking to a person with some common sense, but instead got "the devil".  I asked them to put me on their do not call list and to never call me at 900 at night again, due to having to small children.  "The devil" advised me that she would not remove me and that they would call me at 1000 every night.  I informed her that I would hunt her down and beat her down if she called back.  I plan to work day and night to put these people out of business to ensure that they never HARASS anyone else again.

Sounds like a scam. They reference several courtesy notices being sent to my residence, and they're lying. Here's the google voice transcription of their message:

"This is your final courtesy call before we close the file on your annual credit card account review. We have sent you several courtesy notices to your residence. This'll be the last time to take advantage is over your Credit Card Interest rates to as little as 6% on all of your credit card accounts. The only requirement is you must go at least $3,000 between all of your credit card accounts and have one in good standing, press one now to speak to a friendly customer service is agent."

Beware of calls from this number. This company that claims to do account services for Visa and Mastercard calls both my house phone and cell phone regularly, even though I'm on the do not call list. I actually pressed one last week and talked to a rep, who got very nasty with me when I wouldn't give him any personal information over the phone.

They call at any time of day. When I don't answer, they don't leave a message. They call on my cell but I am not on a do not call list (but not sure if cells are automatically on one???).

Lower Credit Card Interest Rate Scam

601-398-7565  We're on the Do not call list & have asked them to take my child's phone # and mine off their list.  They initially stated they are with a bank & wanted to discuss options to lower my Interest rates. Don't see why since we don't have any credit cards nor any loans. The next time my child received a call they were selling PORN & SEX Products. Don't these jerks realize that's illegal to harass a minor like this & continue calling after being politely told to not call again & remove # from their list. LEGAL ACTION NEEDS TO BE TAKEN FOR THESE TELEMARKETERS ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY COULD WELL BE CRIMINALS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG CHILDREN.

Nasty telemarketer selling escort services but initially leading people to believe they want to discuss debt reduction. Some of us have no debt as we were wise & not to fall for garbage like these telemarketers try selling.

ALSO , REMIND YOUR CHILDREN TOO WHO ANSWER THE HOUSE PHONE OR CELL PHONE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE MIGHT BE RAPIST TOO. Have to wonder what the hell our politicians are doing these days to allow these criminals to harass  taxpayers who keep them in office. This country has gone to HELL !

I filed a complaint with the FCC because I am on the Do NOt Call list. It was easy, just filled out a quick online form. Everyone should do this. If they get a lot of complaints maybe they'll shut the caller down.

Got this call on my cell phone.

Just got a nasty call from this number, offering to lower my credit card rates, this was my "last chance."  Very ominous sounding call, like a threat.  Only one minor detail:  I have no active credit cards!  I pressed 1, and was asked if I wanted to lower my rates.  I said I didn't even have a card, and want to know why they were calling me.  The [***] hung up on me!  I called back, but you can't place a call to that number; it doesn't go through.  Obviously a scam of some sort.  I'm going to exert considerable effort to track these basterds down and put a stop to them.  They are obviously scam artists and criminals.  Rude ones, too.  Just the kind I like to go after and cause all kinds of legal grief.  If you're reading this, scammers, I'm coming after YOU.  And I know how to make you hemorrhage cash!

I received this call from "Cardmember services" at 6:10pm EDT on 3/25/11 on my cell phone.

The call was, of course, unsolicited.  I am on all kinds of no-call lists for home and cell phone.

Please help me stop these calls.

As well as I did...I received a call from this # and of course I didnt pick up my cell to answer it cause I dont recognize the number. So I waited a while to see if they would leave a vm on my cell..Well they didnt so I called the # back and go a recording stating the person has not set-up vm.... Yes sir, its a scam and I reported them...

Recieved one of these the other day. When I answered , I listened to the "this is your final notice, we have tried to get you to respond via the mail. press 1 to speak to a representative and when I did, I asked " how did you get this number ? I am on the no call list ".... they hung up !

Got the call on the cell;  don't know anyone in the 601 area code, so just hit ignore.  Came here and see that I didn't miss much by rejecting the call!

I, my son's cell phone and home phone have received a call from this number these past few days. It was a recording informing of my last chance to lower credit card rates. Push 1 to speak to a rep. I didn't push anything so was disconnected. No voicemail is left on either phones.

No name, no message.  How do I stop them from calling me?
