- Spike replies to MerlinMerlin,
I would be glad to help put these people away. But I don't believe New England Recovery is the place to go. I have called them but have never talked to anyone there so I left my phone number. I have never received a call back. I called them just now and got the same message to leave a message and my phone number. It almost seems like a short stop operation for WebTechStrategies. If you would like to talk to me yoy may call me at 770 889-9823. I work from home so I will answer the phone if I can. If not I have a voice mail account so leave me a short message and I will respond ASAP.
TNX, Frank - Barry replies to Merlini would also like to start a class action lawsuit against these jerks.i was riped off for $15,000 plus the interst on my credit card every month
- Todd| 1 replyLike many of you who have posted complaints, I too am a victim of these scam artists. I invested $4,300.00 with WebTech Strategies and another almost $400.00 with America's WebMall in Aug. 2010. I receved several phone calls regarding investing additional money into advertising, but I told these people that I first needed to see if any profit would be generated from my initial investment. I was assured that there would be at least some profit. I was also told that I could check my business' progress at my webpage. All I could see was a general accounting of the number of visitors. When I asked about details on the visitors, purchases, and any money made, I was told that I would be able to get this information on a quarterly basis, which never occured. I have since tried several times to reach Web Tech Strategies via telephone and on the internet without success. I recently was told by a competitor that America's WebMall had been shut down. Now I find myself without any contact to WebTech or America's WebMall. Please let me know how I can pusue a class action lawsuit against these people. I might be up for a vigilante raid on an Arizona business office suite, too!

- SCSAUSTIN replies to KellyKelly/Lynn,
I got started with Web Tech Strategies as well and I have only been doing this for a few months. However, it is a shame that there are so many people out there who were scammed and I am now one of those people. I was laid of from my job about 18 months ago and it has been extremely hard to find work. I was desperate so I looked into doing something online because what I really wanted to do was work from home so I could have more time with my family. I was scammed out of $7000 that I got from my parents due to the fact I was absolutely broke. So it would really be great if ya'll or anyone out there could tell me if there is a lawsuit against these people and if so, how can I get more info on this matter. I would really like to see these people get what they deserve after scamming so many people. Thanks. - SCSAUSTIN replies to ToddTodd, like you I was scammed by Web Tech Strategies. I started with them in Oct. 2010 and pretty much got the sample speech like you and everyone else has. I haven't seen a single cent in return and I invested $7000 of money I really didn't have due to the fact I am unemployed and have been since August of last year with some brief unemployment since March of 2009 when I was laid off from DHL Express. I thought it would be a good way to generate some income for my family and I. What makes me angry the most is that I have two small children and I feel like I have let them down. I would also like to know how or if it is possible to pursue a lawsuit against them. I read some other info that the owner of Web Tech is a woman who's name is Earl Micer. Now I am not a hundred percent certain that even that info is correct, however, I have read this on more than one occasion from different websites as well. I am sorry to hear that so many people have been scammed by these people and you too. Oh, I like your note there at the end "no 602 number here".
- SCSAUSTINI received a phone call several months ago asking if I was interested in making some money from home. I said yes and signed up with Americas Webmall and Web Tech Strategies. I was laid off from a company that I gave 8 years of my life to and then only had a couple of short term jobs since. I was laid off in March 2009. Basically I was desperate to make an income because I have a wife and two children who depend on me so I signed up with those companies. I started the so called business in Oct. 2009 and have not heard anything since or received any commissions from the business like I was told I would. I invested $7000 which to be honest I really didn't have in the first place but I used a credit card to cover it and now I have no money to even pay on that. I was planning to use some of my commission to pay the debt off. I have tried other internet businesses before but I have never been scammed like I have this time and to say that I am angry is an under statement. They made all the promises in the world and I fell into their web of lies with no way out. I hope people find our comments and learn from them so that they don't make the same mistake I did because in this sort of economy, no one needs to be scammed. I have posted some other comments on this site and I hope I can get some good feedback from them because I am really interested in finding out if I as well as many others can pursue a class action lawsuit against the parties responsible.

I never received quarterly checks, google adsense monthly checks or anything else from this company, which is a scam. All I got was phone calls from "Rob" and "Tom" asking for more money!

- Donna replies to FrankHi Frank,
I left you a voice mail as well but wanted to see if you had any success getting a class action lawsuit going against WebTech Strategies. I know that we released them from all responsibility to ever pay us anything when we signed for our credit card and that was not wise on our parts. However, I would like to think that the law has some kind of provision in it that makes what they're doing illegal and them liable to some degree. I hope to hear from you. Thank you.

248-390-7434 - kstashenko replies to MerlinI also was scammed by WebTech Strategies. How is this legal to lie and make promises and take your money then nothing! I tried to do a chargeback with my cc company but of course they have you sign that contract that basically protects them against doing anything. Ther must be something we can do to at least put them out of business!!
- Kristin Stashenko replies to Lynn WeedI had a similar situation with WTS and have filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office. I would gladly be part of any class action lawsuit.

- ChrisI ran across an Earl Mincer who owned a web company called Zenuity.com
I gave him $4500 for a web site in Oct 2011. They recently stopped returning my calls in May 2012. I found out from the employees who called me that they came to work one day and the business was closed.
Has anyone else seen this?- Caller: Zenuity
- Sharon R. CaslowI was called by Web Tech Strategies to work on their behalf because I wanted a job to earn money, I faxed the information that they required. I sent a cashiers check for 5000.00 dollars. I then received 2 more calls for more money. I ended up sending a total of 15,000 dollars. What a fool I was and never received any pay!
