i get at least three phone calls a week from this guy, answered the first time and i told him he was calling a cellphone and he apologized and ended the phone call, i have not anwsered a call after that yet i stll contiue to recieve calls with no voicemail

Idiots from Ace Air Conditioning have been calling us every few weeks on both our home land-lines. When confronted about violating the Do Not Call list they claim their list is "old" and hang up. I reported them to the FCC online -- lying SOB's.

Got a call from them myself.  I do not pick the phone if I do not know who it is.  I pay for caller ID so I have the choice to not answer so if anyone is stupid enough not to identify themselves to my caller ID I have no need for their service.

I picked up an nobody was there? I called back & got an answering machine saying I recived the scheduleing dept. I left a message stating that I have made a report and to please take my name off their contact list.

Said they were in my area offering air conditioning service. Said they were "Cool Ace Air Conditioning"

I answered the phone once and they said it was for air conditioning service. I said I was not interested.
But now I see this same # keeps calling at least 2 or 3 times a week, but never leaves message.

Has called my cell numerous times. Never leaves message. I am on do not call list. Annoying!!

Don from Feb,15 you are a liar.  I have called three times and each time left my number.  I am on the donotcall list yet you continue to harrass me and now lie about deleting us from your call list??   How sleazy and unethical can you get?

I received a call from phone number 602-296-3902 on my mobile phone.  I did not answer the call.  It rang twice.  I then conducted a search online for the phone number and found this post.  I did return the call and the answering service that I did reach was for Ace Air Conditioning.  Not sure what kind of problems this company is having in dialing their phones but they should not be soliciting to mobile numbers.

I get a few calls a week from this number on my cell but I don't answer numbers I don't know.  I have been getting these calls for months.  Probably 6 months or more.  I just hit the end button to send it to voicemail but as so many have said before never is a message left.

Called my cell just as I'm merging with freeway traffic. Didn't answer of course.  No message.

I just called the number back and got the Marketing Dept for Ace Air. I then called their Main number which is 602-266-5223 and spoke to Becky after asking for the Marketing Dept. She says she will add me to their do not call list after I told her I was on the DNC list already. She says that is normally for Home Phones. Informed her that they shouldn't be calling Any number on the list for any reason but it was nice to know she Knew it was a cell phone and for that reason they felt it was OK to call regardless of the list.
I just wanted to update that this is still Ace Air.

okay, two calls, so I decided to save it temp, on my phone under telemarketer with no ring... that way I never have to wonder again

The caller is a scammer. They do not identify who they are upfront. I say hello and the fat cow just asks a personal question. If she held her breath waiting for an answer, she's dead by now.  Don't give out personal info, unless you're a twit, then go right ahead.

No you don't, I have requested numerous times to be REMOVED. Yet, the dead beats at Ace Air continue to call my cell. Trust me, Ace Air is the last company I'll call if my AC is out. Tomorrow I contact the Arizona BBB and the FTC FOR HARASSMENT. 18 PHONE CALLS IN 1 WEEK!

This 602-296-3902 has been reported to the FCC - I also went to verizon wireless safeguards and blocked this number. They are annoying as HE--!
