I received a call today from 602-296-3902 on the caller ID said "Cool Ace Air" and left no voice message.
They called me 4 times today. My number is unpublished,so I don't know how they manage to get my number, seems to me that the telephone company is selling our numbers because i've been getting these calls daily from collections, A/C services, child day care, etc.

The telephone company that I have also provide cable TV, the company name is 3 letters long, starts with the letter C and ends with an X. if you have the same provider as me and have been receive these calls like me then there is the problem.

they are calling my personal cell phone 15+ times per week, if i get more info going to find an attorney to file a suit, then ask others for joining a class action Law suit to make them think twice. about phoning multiple times in a week.

Thanks for that FCC information.  I filed on them myself.  I KNOW they just bought my number and now are bugging me.

This number called me asking:  "Do you need a tune-up?"  Obviously, some old babe hired to call people from her home by a mechanic that bought my cell number.  I filed with the FCC right away.  I hope you do, too.

Ace Air had replied on www.whocallsme.com that they don't call people more than once every 4 days and that they'll take your # off their list if only you'd just call them.  Well here's a Reply to that garbage!

Dear ACE AIR -  (Which also goes by the name of COOL Ace Air)   You are pathetic.  That is NOT how it works!  YOU Must check the DoNotCall list  *EVERY 31 days*.  Seeing that ALL of these people ARE ON IT and say they have been on it for YEARS, just like WE ARE, and they don't have and have never had a business relationship with you, then YOU are NOT doing what you are REQUIRED by LAW to do!!!!!

By the way, EVERYONE needs to call their local BBB (Better Business Bureau) and File a complaint with them.  See the very last paragraph down below to see why that's vital to do, and what to say to the BBB when you call them about ACE AIR.  

BBB processed a total of 64 COMPLAINTS AGAINST ACE AIR in the last 36 months!!!  That's a LOT!!

These complaints concerned:

Numerous ones were "Administratively Closed", which according to the BBB means that the Co. 'made an effort' (bet you anything they LIED) and/or the CUSTOMER FAILED to let the BBB know that the Complaint is STILL valid and NOT resolved.   -  So people, that means you must contact the BBB and then contact them again and again to let them know that you're still in the game.

Also you MUST KNOW THIS -  According to a Special TV Report recently aired, the BBB can be BOUGHT by these customers.  I mean just look at all these complaints against ACE AIR and they get an A+ RATING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Something is SERIOUSLY wrong here!!  UNBELIEVABLE!!

But now that the TV report is out in the Open, you should be able to inform the BBB that these guys better get an F, or you will KNOW that the BBB is being bought!

The fine is now $16,000.00 for calling anyone on the DoNotCall list.  NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE needs to, has to, or even Should call YOU to have you remove their #.  Their # is already on the DNC list.  YOU have to STOP calling THEM!!   There is ALREADY the DNC list which YOU are to go over EVERY single 31 days and YOU have to REMOVE from YOUR calling list EVERY SINGLE # that matches the DNC list!!!!!!!!!

Too much trouble for you??  boo-hoo!  How about a a Sixteen THOUSAND dollar FINE?!  Is that too much trouble too??

Your pathetic recording when you call 602-296-3902 says to 'leave your Phone number as that is the ONLY way to be Assured your Phone # will be taken off their list.'   -  WRONG!!  Y O U must go over the DNC list and Remove us.  WE don't have to call YOU!

WE ALSO have the PROOF of your calls, as you are also calling OUR cell phone # which still is and has been on the DNC list for over 3 YEARS!  PROOF baby, PROOF!  Not only that, but our Home phone as 99% of other Home phones have, also has Caller ID!!!  

 You can try to make up any lie you want 'Ooops we dialed the wrong # AGAIN, or thought they WERE our customer' or any other lie you want.  PROOF is right here on this website that you don't even remove #'s after people DID call you and tell you to.  However, NONE of us has to do that!  And WE sure won't be calling you.  And seeing that doesn't even work with you, no one else should ever call you either!  

What we HAVE to do, EVERY single person here, is to File a Complaint on the www.DoNotCall.gov  website, against these guys and get some action taken.  Let them Pay out $16,000. 00 and see how that feels for being such Liars and a lazy couldn't-care-less company.  MAYBE then they'll care.

And be sure to let your friends, family and neighbors know about all the people here are Outraged at this company.  That ACE AIR will not abide by the Telemarketing LAW and who calls and calls anyway.  Spread that Truth. Just drop it into the conversation with everyone 'Hey have you been getting those AGAINST THE LAW Telemarketing calls from ACE AIR??'  

Hopefully they will go out of business, as that seems to be what they want, rather than abide by the Law!  

By the way - there was recently a Program about the BBB, how people can BUY a good Rating!  They actually pony up some money and they go from an F or a D to an A Rating!!  So I would suggest that EVERYONE call the BBB and tell them you are 'on to them' and they had better give this rotten company an F or we'll be sure that this branch of the BBB is investigated right along with others!!

CLICK ... call disconnected.

Im tired or getting calls at all hours from these guys. We need to do something about this.

Rang 2x and hung up.  No message.

I handled it this way...

I called and left a voicemail message that I am on the "Do Not Call" list, but have been called since I informed Ace Air of same and that I am taking /have taken the following action.

1. I have lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

2. If I receive one more call, I will consider these calls "harassment" and as a result I will lodge a complaint with the AZ Attorney General.

3. If I receive a subsequent call, I will escalate this issue to the appropriate federal authority and lodge a complaint with the F.C.C. (since my calls came over a wireless device: my cell phone).

4. If I receive any additional calls from Ace Air (even a call to express apology), I will then direct my lawyers (in my case Roth & Roth, Scottsdale AZ) to look into lodging a civil lawsuit against Ace Air.

I further mentioned that any legal action against Ace Air will stop if Ace Air terminates its repetitive / harassing calls to me... and that this seems to be the wise thing to do.

It worked.

I received a copy of a letter from Ace Air replying to the letter the AZ BBB sent to them.

Ace Air informed the Better Business Bureau that they immediately moved my telephone number to the "forbidden list" and "rest assured this will never happen again" (Ace calling me).

The AZ Better Business Bureau got into this LIGHTNING FAST and as a result, I expect no more calls from Ace Air.

Moral of the Story: You have to make it crystal clear to these harassing telemarketers / businesses that you're serious about terminating these type calls and that that you create serious problems with "the authorities" if they persist.

Just got a call that rang twice and then disconnected. I googled the number, 602-296-3902 and found this page.  Thank you for posting the comments. I returned the call and left a voicemail stating that I am not interested in their services and that I found several complaints regarding their company's calling practices online and that I had no need for air conditioner service seeing as I have a brand-new unit and that I have a maintenance contract with the company that installed it. I then went on to state that if I received another call from them, I would be visiting their office in person to discuss the matter face-to-face. I'll update with any developments...
