Left message they were from the Arizona Dept. of Revenue

Suspicious call said she was from child support & child support payment went missing right before Christmas.

Said she was with child support and was asking if I was making a payment this month when ive never had them call me in the year that ive been on their radar and then asked me to pay it when she calls me back so she can get "credit" for it. I'll just keep doing things the same way ive been doing things

I would be calling child support and asking them what is going on and also what does a civil servant getting credit for getting a payment mean?  Are they paying civil servants a commission now?

Voice of middle-aged woman left a very staticky message saying she was calling from the unemployment office for a name that’s not me. Gave a different phone # with a Tucson area code to call back (520-770-3102). I’m not going to call back.

Kelli called and said a Tax on a business was not paid, well I have a rental and the tax was paid that she was referring to (in fact entire year in advance) and I said get a life and I won’t be paying a year in advance if the state of Arizona doesn’t get rid of this “Kelli”!!! Drain the swamp Arizona starting with her—clearly up to no good!  Where’s your conscience?

Number has been verified as Arizona Dept. of Revenue regarding Transaction Privilege Tax License. Caller walked me through steps to file online. Advised her that others are claiming scam number for whatever reason.

I do not live in AZ nor do I have a business in AZ

I work for the government. Can't find this # in any of my directories, but also I have no kids, and my brother does my taxes, nor do I own any businesses... so from reading other's remarks, I shouldn't be receiving a call from this number. EVER.

Our kids have grandchildren, so no child support, we don't have a business so we do not need any licenses, and the Dept of Revenue does not make home calls, they send letters. Scam.

Did you find if this number was valid

Man asked for a co-worker.  Did not say who they were.  Hung up on me when I said they weren't available but first tried to verify MY name?!?!  Called the number back and it says "Thank you for calling the State of Arizona.  This telephone line is not monitored..."  No idea?!?!

Left a voicemail saying that the department of revenue was trying to contact me and to call them back

DO NOT CALL BACK!!!! it’s a SPAM! My color ID showed AZ ST GOVT and woma said they are From IRS🙄

It's a valid number from AZ government offices.  All outgoing calls show as this umbrella number.  Not a scammer, it was about valid child support information.

Called from “Arizona Department of Revenue “ suspicious call prob scam

It's a legit call, the number is associated with AZ State Govt, more specifically the Dept. of Economic Security

Nothing but a SCAM, tell then NOTHING. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

Received a call from this number -- showed as AZ ST GOVT. Caller said he was from AZ Dept of Revenue and that call would be monitored. Indicated that we hadn't paid 2 months privilege tax and if we didn't pay there would be an audit. Told them we would check with our property manager who makes payments on our behalf. Checked immediately after call and payments are up-to-date. Dept. of Revenue spokesperson told our property manager that it was probably a scam call since they would send a letter and never make a call for something like that. APPEARS TO BE A SCAM. Use caution.
