Law firm debt collector.

Probably a debt collector. Never leaves messages or answers the phone. Can not find any information on the internet about this phone number. This is one of 5 different 603 numbers that I have received and can't find any info about them.  They are located in New Hampshire. This is probably Richard J Boudreau and Associates.

Called twice in a row and left no message. I am assuming it is a debt collector

Got a call AGAIN from this number, They always ask for Melissa. Aint no  Melissa here.bI say please take me off youe list. They never do.

This number along with about a dozen other from various states are from Portfolio Recovery Services. They are trying to collect on a $540 debt from 1988 that belonged to my ex husband BEFORE we were even married. I have tried telling these people that I'm not him, I have no idea where he is or how to get in touch with him. I've filed over 20 complaints against them with my States Attorney General with no luck. I've changed my number 3 times yet they still somehow get my number even though it is unlisted. I have sent these people certified letters showing them I am not who they are looking for and proof I wasn't even married to him when he incurred the debt and the fact that they aren't supposed to be collecting on a 22 year old debt from a finance company that's no longer in business.

They also use #757-864-0020, 205-423-4020, 731-984-7690, 620-662-8870, 620-662-1492, 800-292-4008, 813-569-0810, 731-215-8010 These are just the numbers they have called me from in the past 10 days!

Call after call after call..never leave message and caller ID says unknown..if they were real they'd list their company name...

This number just called my cell phone and no voicemail was left. I called it back & it says its a law firm that's trying to collect a debt. I called and they were looking for someone other than me. I have excellent credit & no outstanding debt. Scammers will use random numbers to get away from debt collectors and it could end up being your number. Be aware!

Complete idiots. Called me and said he was looking for someone who no longer lived there. I told him that person no longer lives there and that we are new residence, and he said do you have anyway to get in touch with her. I said no. He said no number, address, anything? And I said "I have nothing." Then the fool says "Riiiiiight..." and hangs up in my face. Where's the customer service? Jeez, ppl.

Claimed they needed to speak to my wife would not speek to me. I told them she was not available can I take a message. They asked when she would be available it is an important business matter. I told him that we do not discuss business matters over the phone send it thru the mail, he then asked for my address. I then told him that if you have my phone number you should have our address with that phone number. I did not catch his name.
I called the number from caller I.D. Virginia answered the phone was very rude did not listen to me she proceeded to take every time I started talking. Told her to send corrispondence via mail. I did not even get a chance to give her my wifes name and she interupted again and just kept trying to talk over me.

People send a cease and desist letter to stop calls.

I have got two phone calls from this number.  They keep telling me I owe a bill to Walmart, over a thousand dollars.  I settled this with a collection agency, but I can't remember which one, and I can't find my papers on when and who I settled with.  What can I do?  Is there any way I can find out.
It has been almost five years come December 31, 2010 since I have even talked to anyone about this account.  

I would appreciate if you could send a cease and desist letter to stop the calls.

They use an automated system that dials and then when you answer it rings to their debt collection freaks.  I can hardly pay my cell phone bill and they are calling my number because my cell phone company gives them my number...

They have an automatic dialer who is fishing for people who they are trying to collect debts from.  They pose as attorneys, but they are simply people trying to make money by trying to reach people who owe debts they are trying to collect on.  Scum of the earth.  I think we should all phone them at their direct line and perhaps they will just change their phone number...

I have been recieving calls from 603-327-0039, when I answer no one speaks, this mornng 12/21/2010,  I called the number back. A rude Gentlemen answered and when I asked   why they were calling my number they said they were looking for a Will Drake who said was at this number. I said I have had this number for 30 years , My name is Maxine Dunn and Will Drake is not at this number. They said they will varify my number as being mine, why am i not returning mail back to them for Will Drake.
I was upset at their demener!!  I said  was not in the business of looking for people to call them back.
I told them I have no debt and not to call my number anymore. I don't think they will stop calling me.

This company has very underhanded and illegal practices.  I have told them that I am disabled and the guy says "sure you are, lying dead beat!"  I told him that it was illegal to speak with me that way and that I was ending the call.  [***] called me right back and actually threatened me if I hung up on him again.  I invited him to come settle his score in person now they don't even say anything.  No balls.  I don't know why people have to act this way.

These people are rude and want get anywhere with how they talk to people on the phone. I have contacted the Sheriff Department and plan on writing a letter to the President of the United States. This must be stopped.

Check the statue of limitations in your state, it might be less that five years, if it is you can go after them for harrasment.

Richard Boudreau is at 5 Industrial between Telequip Corperation (Telequip.com) same address and Rockingham Christian Church 5 Industrial Way #2B. All three are in the same building.
