I filed chapter 7 a year ago and im still getting these calls and we are recording each one and getting ready to file a law suit.Once chapter 7 is awarded they have 2 weeks to stop calling and this has been over 6 months and on going with the calls.Im fixing to get some real money back for harassment.

These people can be sued for harrassment..  Look on Internet for Attorney's that sue them.  I sued 2 of them - they settled before it ever got to court.  It's very, very simple.  Tell them not to call and log in the calls for the Attorney.  You give them that information and they do everything else.

I'm hoping they keep calling because I am planning on suing them..  It's very easy - just google attorney's that sue collectors and they do all the work and yet you still get paid and believe me they will never call you again once that happens...  You go on their DO NOT CALL LIST - IT'S GREAT...

They call my business over and over looking for a person who ive never heard of.Ive asked for approx.20 times to take me off their list and im in arkansas.I am contacting our attorney general and my attorney to file suit to stop this calling.

calls the house and never leaves a message.  called back and they were very rude. i asked who they were looking for.  they would not tell me.  they just kept asking me who i was. [***]!!!

This caller called ask for someone when asked whats this in reguards to .they said they could not tell me. called 6 times in a row would not say what it was they wanted.however it is a debit collector and will call you ALOT.just tell them to send anything they want in writing and NOT to call again they have to send in writing and not cxall you again thats the law.

I get a call about 3 to 7 days on my cell from these people.  They have never left a message and they have never sent anything by mail.  They always call my cell and within one minute they call my fax machine which they obviously think is a telephone number.

I received a call on Monday, no message. Then Tuesday they called twice, so as today (Wednesday). I registered this number "DO NOT ANSWER" based on the info I read on this page because I don't want them to use my minutes on my cell...

Keeps calling and can't understand them.   They don't say the name of the company. I just ignore the phone calls

I get calls starting at 8:00 am in the morning then they cal back 1/2 hour later and get another call in various times in the afternoon....6 days a week...no Sunday calls.  This is pure harassment and there is no reason for them to contact me....then...they got my cell phone number and there is no way they could of got that number. They need to be stopped.

Landline phone number then they called me on my cell phone number which they should never got in the first place. Richard Boudreau company.  There is no reason for them to contact me in the first place. I have nothing owed to anyone...have not had a credit card since 2004. This credit card deducted from my checking account $800.00 without my knowledge and/or authorization.  My bank profusely apologized. These people are harrassing innocent people. Ruthless, barbaric and disgusting creatures in life!   When you answer the call no one is there.  One time one person came on...I just wanted to see  that they wanted...they said I owe $3000 to this credit card company....lol....my credit line was only $500.00...lolol.  I said if this is true....then you contact the credit card company and have them provide me with a name of the creditor I purchased product or whatever from...the amount and date date purchase.  To date they have not been able to provide that information to me.  Scum of the Earth!

They called the first time today asking for my son..he's 18 so I googled the number and I returned the call back and says he's only 18 so what line of credit does he has..he replied: Mam can you have your son to call us back..sure as soon as I get a copy of his credit report along with my Lawyer...and also a letter from your company stating he owes money...they kindly hung up..lol lets see what happens 2mar..Thanks everyone for the feedback..SMART/CONFUSED MOM
