Very suspicious call. Hung up and did not bother with this. No time for this kind of BS.

How can we block this number? They call me every day and never leave a message.

Receive calls from this number every day, they never leave a message.

Fidelity has been trying to call me couple of times lately, usually the same time - late in the day Friday. I am sure this one is one of them.

This is a legitimate business number from Fidelity Investments.

I was called from this number and the caller claimed to be representing my Eastman Retirement Account. I don't have an Eastman account, total scam phone call.

Legitimate phone number -- called about the 401k account I have through work.

So it was legit for you-well la de freaking da. Legit for YOU does not mean legit for everyone else as scammers DO spoof such 'legit' numbers

I have gone to great lengths to prevent fidelity from harassing me about my investments. I give them dormant email addresses dormant home addresses they still figure out a way to call me asking if they can give me investment advice. This is why i don't use companies like fidelity. The harassment will never end. I assure you they will continue to call every few months to see if I'll change my mind. In the end I will change service providers because of this harassment.

Legitimate call from Fidelity regarding my 401K with my prior employer (I haven't rolled it over to my new employer's yet).

While I agree one can never tell any given call isn't spoofed, our calls came up as FIDELITY INVEST, left messages, and were triggered by leaving an employer with a plan through them, and the caller knew that.  Still overly tenacious when we hadn't indicated any desire to talk to them, but valid.

Yes, exactly, because numbers could be spoofed, so you could be called by yourself.

If Fidelity Investments behaves like a spammer/scammer, they deserve to be treated like that, and deserve to go out of business as well.
If perchance, their number(s) are being spoofed, that's another ballgame.
Then again, if it's call spoofing, does the real Fidelity care?

Called my cell. Left no message. I blocked it. I have an account with Fidelity. I know where to find them when I want to talk to them.

Called both my home number and my cell number but left no message at either. I don't know if was really Fidelity (which manages one of my 401ks) or if it was a scam as several others reported. I have no need to talk to them in either case.
