CBV collections, no ethics, be respectful or Dagestan even to collection laws or regulations. No details of any so called debt. It’s often a robot dial and hang up. They do this to harass you and/or allow them to report the calls to their supervisor to justify their existence and or document the pursuit of the debt. Why people are so desperate they need to work for them, and why the government allows this behaviour to continue unchecked is the real issue. Sad .

I get them too. I blocked them from my phone but they somehow still are able to leave a message.

They have called for a number of years now and the woman leaves an account number. I think they might be posing as the CRA, but they hang up when you answer the call. If they're from the CRA they should send a letter for this a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. I no longer answer the calls anymore.
If I don't recognize a phone number I just don't answer it. Screen your calls for there are SO MANY SCAMS going these days. I have had 3 scam calls posing as my Credit Card Company and all of those claimed I had spent money on my card but it was all just bogus. Those were a "fishing for more of your Info scam".
