I understand that many of you believe we are a scam however, we do provide proof to ALL of our clients upon request and can show that the work has been done. Alot of people get upset because they cannot sell their vehicle, and there are many reasons for this. The main one being that MANY MANY people are expecting to get anywhere between 5000-10000 dollars more than what their vehicle is worth. If you are not negotiable and are asking a price that is not reasonable at all, then dont expect to have any inerested buyers. We always advertise until the vehicle is sold so in that sense we can garuntee the sale. we have many people sending emails each day letting us know their vehicle has been sold! However some vehicles may not sell as quickly as we wish they wood, the work is done, we offer the financing, and we repost or refresh everyones ad. As  a challange to all of you who are slandering our company, why not call us and let us know you are unhappy and we WILL work something out for you , More then oftenly we can do something for you .So before you get all mad that your vehicle hasnt sold, look at WHY!

seriously want to know if the creator of this web page does any research to help the people actually find useful information. best i can tell a vast majority of the people commenting on this company, has got this far jumped on the band wagon and shot the cowboy. I am left to wonder if the people who have a lick of sense, have carried on with their research of this company and made some actual educated decisions based on their findings. I don't know whether these guys are legit, but I sure can tell that some of the posters here need to get a brain and a life. And for you guys who do find out for sure whether this is good or bad, please do a follow up. At least then anyone who googles can start with some actual information.

This is actually pretty well established as a scam. Basically anyone who harvests numbers from places where people sell cars and tries to trick them into this is a scam, especially when the sellers clearly state they do not want to be contacted by 3rd parties.  Perhaps you depend on it for a living?

Would you tell someone not to eat cyanide, even if you've never eaten it yourself? You don't have to have your money stolen to figure out what is a SCAM either.

Get educated, get yourself a "lick of sense" before you come one here and lecture others.

    Joke
Empire Vehicle Solutions is a complete joke. Do not buy from these people. Tell anyone and everyone you know to avoid this 'company'. They do not have buyers lined up for you. They have a [***] little office in Surrey. The address is 301- 10090 152 Street. Go up and give them a piece of your mind. They scammed my grandma out $500 dollars. They don't care who they rip off as long as they get money. I'm sure once they make a sale they all laugh about how dumb the buyer was. Trust me- avoid these people. They are very good at lying. Do not give in!

Here in Toronto, I just got a call from EVM yesterday and although a nice girl diligently explained the whole process to me, it didn't make much sense.  She wanted me to pay them $41 per week for 12 weeks.  They guaranteed a sale within 2 weeks and they didn't want a commission other than the $41 weekly.  Hmmmmm.....let's think about this for a second.  Why would they only want to make $82 (since they guarantee a sale within 2 weeks), when they could rip me off for a few hundred in 12 weeks?  That's where they lost me.

I even offered to let them sell my car, then take $500 off the top when my car is sold.  The girl (Hiedi) told me that this is not how they work.  She wanted my credit card information.  I've never heard of anyone turning down a commission on a sale, especially if selling cars is what they do daily.  Looked to me like they were going to use my credit card info to embezzle a few hundred and then leave me hanging.

I'm glad I came across this blog.  It's people like you that save "innocent" people like me from being ripped off.  Please keep up the good work.

"Dawn" called me from this number: 604-583-3756. As I talked to her I looked up Empire Vehicle Solutions and found this thread. I asked her about the scam warnings on the internet and she says its mostly just the competition bad mouthing them. I don't know who to trust! Lol
Here's what Better Business Bureau thinks of them:
    http://www.bbb.org/mbc/business-reviews/autom ... rrey-bc-1242192
I asked about their F rating (the worst) and she says its because their boss had an argument with the BBB and stopped making his payments for BBB accreditation.  She made it sound like the BBB is just small time goat n pony show. Who listens to them anyway.

I just checked on the BBB website and it said they are not accredited, which i was told last friday by the girl on the phone that they were. I would say that strike 1 is enough not to trust them.

I got a call from this "comoany" yesterday. the girl on the phone was trying hard to make it sound so great deal and that it on;y costs me 40 dollars or so per week to sell my car. Thy charge for 12 weeks in advance and they promis eto sell your car at youar asking price+advertising fee, so at the end it will cost nothing to me.
I told the girl I need to think about t. She is supposed to call me again next week. After her call I just thought like: Ok, they are going offer financing and sell my car and then issue a cheque to me. Sounds good? Ok, then why should I pay upfront??!!  Can't they sign me up for Free, find the buyer and then deduct their 400-500 dollars fee before making a cheque for me?
Buttom line, it sound BS and doesn't make any sense to me. If she calls me next week I know how to answer them.

Got call from California from CVS Classified Vehicle Solutions yesterday and the lady sounded like she was reading a script.  She said she has buyer approved for $15k, $1k more than my asking price on Kijiji and want me to pay $500 refundable fee.  They had a convincing web site and the fine print for a refund looks like I have maybe 1% chance of getting any money back.  Same scam as the one from Burnaby BC, just waiting for them to call and see if I can get some number so I can play around with them.  I know a few people who got burned by them.

Got a call from a girl named "Britney" working for Empire Vehicle Solutions, stated they'll sell my car in 2 weeks with 100% price which I have proposed, with $41 per week charge and requested my credit card.  Yeah right, like I have the word "sucker" written on my forehead...

Folks, if it sounds too good to be true, it must be too good to be true.  Just confirmed my intuition was correct by stumbling upon these posts.  Thanks guys for warning others of such scams like EMPIRE VEHICLE SOLUTIONS.

I got the same call today from California from CVS also providing me the same information. They would offer me $1700 more than my offering price, saying they go by the blue book value and that they ask that value from their customers and that there was a particular customer near my area interested in my type of car.
They asked me to pay with credit card a $500 refundable fee for registration, advertisement costs, etc.
They seemed a bit pushy. I told them I was not comfortable and that I would have to call them back.
He continued to say if couldn't I decide tonight. He finally said he would call me back again tomorrow.
I still don't feel comfortable. Did you say you know people who got scammed by this CVS?
    Let me know, thanks,

    Hey Susana,

Having engaged their services I'm very familiar with CVS and I can assure all DO NOT do business with these guys.   They are great at marketing, including persoanl phone calls regarding pre-approved buyers (as you've already experienced).  Those are just sales techniques to bait, lure and hook  you into an Agreement that contains some major hurdles to obtain the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee of $400, IF the vehicle doesn't sell  for "just trying our services"

They're very smart at what they do.  Most recenly they changed their marketing strategies to:  Bronze; Silver and Gold Packages, which greatly benefits their marketing mix.  Once they have your money you'll be long forgotten.  IF your car doesn't sell and you comply with all of ther Terms and Conditions you'll be ignored and most likely you'll have to dispute the charges or go to Small Claims.
