I received a call from this number on 3/2.  Didn't answer it obviously, because I don't know who they are.  Just signed up AGAIN on the Do Not Call list.

Knock off the political correctness...get a life!

1. This is an Spam/Scam phone call
2. It dials numbers in sequence
3. It is out of country so the do not call lists are worthless in this instance.
4. Add it to your phone book as Spam2424 (last 4 digits of the number) & set the ringtone as NONE. This way when they call your phone will not ring & if you look to see who has called you it will say Spam2424 & you will know to ignore/delete it.

when they called I did not answer. after reading the other posts that say it was a spanish recorded message, I do know that this is a scam aimed at hispanic citizens that don't speak very much english.

WTF does that have to do with the issue of these numbers calling then hanging up?  And it is Spanish not "latino" language why don't you read a book.

Get calls from this number off and on. Person on the phone speaks in Spanish.

Same Here...No message left, I blocked the number from calling me through my cell carrier!

Received call on 3/15/2012 at 2:11 p.m. Don't know what they wanted as no one in our household speaks Spanish! Hung up as soon as I could.

This number called me and didn't say anything.  I'm with metro pcs.  Anyone else?  Could they have sold customers numbers?

I think it deals that way as well. Something with what we accept in terms of the app probably allows the companies to sell our numbers to telemarketers or spam.
