Just got one 1/31/11 also... HOw do i complain?

i got a call five minutes ago and i think it has to do when we signup for an app and give our number they sale that number so what app do we all have in common that we can sue for giving out our number?

Got a call from this number too. Didn't answer, no msg lft.  I haven't signed up for anything in a long time. Don't think this is how they got my number.

I've got like 4 or 5 of these now (all from different numbers) and after looking them up, they're all the same thing. Spanish idiots doing random phishing scams. I'm not sure how good it will do, but for those of you who want to report it, you can do so here: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm  Can't hurt to try I guess, maybe if enough people start reporting these numbers something can be done about it.

holy crude just got one too! lol... well I’m thinking guys that what’s going on here is simple.. When you use VoIP there are many tools available to input what Caller ID info you want displayed.. Some tools you can even type in exactly what number (and even owner info too!) gets displayed since there is no validation of that.. And it’s a separate data field.. it’s not tied to a physical circuit like with a PSTN call where the info isn’t editable... so looks like these jokers (whoever they are) just pick a number.. Maybe randomly maybe following some scheme (who knows) then setup their auto call devices to dial away... probably blow out hundreds of calls a minute and I’m sure there are people that answer and get sucked into whatever it is they are trying to do... you would be surprised how gullible some people are and sometimes it’s not even a gullible adult.. it’s an innocent child who just doesn’t know any better and gives out personal information that can be used for bad things.. it’s pretty sad.. That’s the state of our world folks....

I'm on the Do Not Call Registry, so I filed a complaint at https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx . Maybe that will help.

Automated call in rapidly spoken spanish.

Got a call on my business cell phone, picked up and got an automated Spanish recording. I don't know Spanish so I hung up. This place needs to shutdown by the looks of the post here.

Me too on 1/31/11 I asked them to speak English and they hung up.

the number called, I answered, a message in spanish said i had won 3000 dollars and needed to press 1 to claim it. I thought that was way too odd so I hanged up!!

Didn't answer the call. They left a msg in spanish on voicemail.
