Left a message saying they were with the IRS and it was my husbands final call as they were filing a lawsuit against him and to call them back at 209-676-8870. These are real scumbags, they should try to get a real job instead of trying to scare people.

I got call on my Indian number from 001 607 739 9799 at 12-30 PM India time which must be very late in US! On calling back to this number - it gives error of service not active for this number.

 4-2-15  Just received a call from 607-739-9799. Said there was a problem with my taxes and I needed to call another number. Funny because most comments here said the company was microsoft. I do not think the govt. would wait until now to contact me about last years taxes and I haven't filed my taxes for this year yet.  Scam, scam,scam.

This number 607-739-9799 from Horseheads, NY left a message on my machine yesterday (the idiots are recorded now).  The message stated that we are being sued by the IRS (HAHAHAHA YEAH RIGHT!!!).

"  this is the IRS warning you that the IRS is filing suite, so call us back at........."

I hung up.

Ya just got a call from same 607 739 9799 saying they are the IRS, that they are performing s lawsuit  against  me. BULL [***]  .

The call I received from this same # was one of the IRS scam calls which I passed on to the FBI.

This number just called and left a robovoice message that I'm being sued by the IRS, yadda yadda, and to call 360-214-3304. These people are dispicable, trying to prey on people with scams like this. Our local police and county government is very good about getting the word out to citizens that calls like these are scams, so hopefully these scumbags won't be getting many new victims anymore.

I received a call from this number and feel left out.  There was no voicemail message.  I actually received the call on May 7th, 2015 at approximately 1:00 p.m.
