- GinaThey call me 1-3 times a day. Never leave a message and I will not call them back.
- EdwardCaller said they were trying to reach me about important information on my car. Wanted yo ask me a few questions but I asked about which vehicle the call was about. Complete silence and then same repeated script about asking me a few questions. I asked for a third time about which vehicle they were calling about, said good bye and hung up line.
- Caller: Did not say name of company.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- BillCalled my cellphone and hung up with no message. Blocked number.
- Carla replies to StuIt could also be if you checked into new car insurance online. I did not have satellite radio and after I checked online to a specific company I started receiving the calls and they had specific info about my car.
- CrazyInNYI've blocked this number and they got around my call blocker. Time for a new one!

- Hippie1223 replies to Cap'n Common SenseThey do nit always have YOUR info. Cell phone numbers get reassigned after as little as 30 being inactive. They may have the previous owner's info or even someone prior to them.
- Hippie1223A proclivity calling back unknown numbers is if it is a bill collector you created an interaction with them and if it is you they are looking for you just reset the statute of limitations for cut off of them being able to collect an old debt. Companies sell their uncollected payments near cut off. Be company calls and interacts creating ability to collect for next number of years keeping that non payment on your credit report.

Nobody here makes calls, since this site only receives reports ABOUT calls. You can stop those calls by using a call block option on your phone or from your service provider. - momsieCaller ID came up Car Pro USA.
- Twitch replies to WOWMoonshine Maker is EXACTLY correct about NEVER calling a scammer back. So when you say he's not the sharpest tool in the shed are you just jealous because his edge shines brighter than yours??
- Teresano answer
- Me replies to Moonshine MakerYou don't have to be so rude. Geez. You would be more helpful to nicely advise whoever if whatever you want to say. Having a bad day hon?
Anyone who wants to call back just dial *67 before the number and it blocks them from being able to see your number. - DougThis is a group that keeps calling about an automotive warranty expiration and I haven't had I haven't been eligible for a warranty for five years they do not remove me from the Do Not Call list so I'm trying to get ahold of him and find out who they are
- Caller: No name just 609-208-6523 is a number it won't even ring through when I try to c
- BJ replies to LeeR| 1 replyLike actually pressing '5' would help. All that does is disconnect the call. Just like that [***] 'Heather' who continually calls from all over the map about my car warranty (which car? never specify), or she's from 'Credit Card Services' trying to convince me to lower my interest rates (on a credit card? Please, like that actually possible without going directly to the card issuer). My favorite is when the 'IRS' calls to inform me about my tax fraud case, that I owe the government money and I should call back ASAP. That robocall actually sounds like an automated mechanical voice. I work for the government. If I was actually cited for fraud on my taxes, I'd lose my security clearance and they would garnish my wages in a second. When any of these automated [***] call, never push '1' for a live representative, you'll never get one. never push '2' to be added to their 'Do Not Call' list, it doesn't exist. Never push '5' or any other number. Any number you press will generally disconnect the call. I wish Heather was real so I could hunt her down and punch her right in the mouth. She will never stop calling. I have my number listed on the National Do Not Call registry and every week, I go on the website and list all the unsolicited robocalls that I get whether they ring through or not, even the ones that are listed on my auto reject list and my call blocker/spam list. If they are VoIP calls, the FCC has a difficult time tracing and trapping since each time a call is made it can be a different IP address or phone number, depending on the software program used. Best way to avoid spam calls and telemarketers is to ditch you cell phone, land line, and VoIP phone. But how likely is that going to happen. We're stuck with the damn [***]!
- Annoyed replies to BJThe only button you should push when you receive a scam call is the BLOCK button on the call blocker!
