They called me very similar to what I read

Been getting calls from these people too. I reported them to Homeland security. Told him he needed to mail me proof of debt. When I told him I reported him,he got very fulger and told me he was with Cashnet USA. I called them, I have never done business with them and reported it to their fraud department.

Thanks for sharing the info. Very informative. Was called at work and my cell on and off last eight weeks, know they are a scam. They get very vulgar and threaten your life when you tell them you have reported them to Homeland security, BBB, FTC and SS Admin. Called payday loan place they say they represent, they didn't seem too concerned, just wanted to offer me a loan while  was on the phone with them.

I keep getting calls from this same guy. Altho, he claims that my name and number were listed as a "reference" for my nephew. I have gotten calls over the past 6 months from these people. I never answer, but I do TRY to listen to the voicemail. He is VERY hard to understand and the story changes a little bit each time he calls...  I have never spoken to him, so he has not gotten rude to me, but he did, however, leave the comment at the end of the message, " Good luck to you".... and something else that I could not understand. There is a lot of background noice (others on the phone) which makes it even harder to understand... I just wish they could be FOUND and STOPPED!
This is so stupid. They need a REAL JOB, and leave those of us HARD WORKERS ALONE!!!

Just got a voicemail on my cell phone from a John Morant,or heck I couldnt even understand his last name, said I needed to call back his number 610-717-0267 and his special investigation number is 33996 and I needed to call back and not to disregard this message, well I have been scammed before by these heavy accent guys and I refuse to call them now we have my work telling them I no longer work there so they will stop calling me!! Very irriatating and frustrating!!

Said his name was Lawrence and said I had defauilted on a payday loan.  Typical of the scams that have been running.  I did a story for CBS 5 in San Francisco on these scams.

Don't give these people any money.  Don't give them information.  Hang up on them and report them to the FTC.  Unless they can provide you with documentation (that they don't have) they can't do a thing to you.  They might however be able to get a job as an extra on "Outsourced".

Just received a phone call from them from 610-717-0267 said his name was Sean Wilson. I didn't answer the number but he left that number on my voicemail to call back and even started my address on the message. He called back within 5minutes from another number 267-507-2912 and then transferred me to someone with the last name Fernandez. It was hard to understand them because they have a heavy Indian accent. He gave me a case number and then read off my social number as well as my date of birth I told him it wasn't me and he said are you sure and I said yes sir. When I asked him what it was in reference to he said a payday loan. I said I never had a payday loan and he hung up on me. So I looked up the number and found all this information out. I actually called them back and told them I know they are committing fraud and I am notifying the FBI as well as my local police department and my attorney and they said extremely rude " Do Whatever You Want Mama" and then hung up. Wow if you can't tell they are committing true fraud there! Becareful people and don't give them any of your information!!

I have received one of these messages too! It scared me at first! They call my cell 2 time and left 2 voice mails, and called my parents house and left a message for me there too! They repeated my adress on the message and told me they had my SSN. Very scary! They were very rude and hard to understand!

he is located in Delaware outside of Springfield you want company somehow he has my wife's information and he told me to go to hell when I asked him to identify himseld and the company he works for I will find him and see him as someones prison b--ch little illegal thinks he can threaten families and upset working people.

ok really this is a scam this [***] told me his name was Daniel Brown when he called he sound like a Indian man when i called back about a hr later he said his name was Mark still talkin as if he was an Indian man as I proceed to yell at him about callin my house he changed his accent to a chinise man so I called him a stupid fool and he starts laughin........ Please dont give this man no money it is a scam.
