a couple of calls from 612-314-7926. ignored. sorry you are exposed too. if choose to answer, and speak to a human blast them for you and for me!

ID said locksmith.  Did not answer.  They left recorded message about back brace for back pain.  I do have some back issues, so someone gave out my number??  Anyway, added to my Ooma blocking list....

Not necessarily what happened with your number. All you have to do is answer an unknown call (doesn't matter if there's any conversation), or have an answering machine take and they know your number works. With that, the caller can resell your number and have other pests bother you. Having them getting your number is not as difficult as believed, regardless if it's unlisted, or not.

I answered which I rarely do and they said someone had ordered pain medication for me.  I don't take pain medication and certainly would not take anything delivered by an unknown person.  I am sure I would be living a more healthy life if they would stay out of it.  I only answered to cuss them out; even more frustrating to be listening to a computer.

Displayed number was 116123147926 making it look like call was from England since calls from England are prefixed 11. Message was recording, One option was "Press one if you are suffering from back pains". I hung up at this point since it obviously was not my wife's family.

Received a call from this number,that I did not recognize or answer.......Caller ID shows Locksmith!!

Went to Sam's and bought a Panasonic talking phone around $80 that will block 250 numbers. Have 210 left to block.

i received a call from this number - the caller ID was  6123147926 which is the phone number.  I did not answer and they didn't leave a message.

Call from 617-314-7929, "1LockSmith".  I think the spammers are spoofing the number of an actual locksmith in Minneapolis, MN.  This must of made life for that locksmith company pretty miserable but the spammers don't care who they hurt.  Since they can spoof any number they want they can damage the lives of countless individuals and businesses.  Blocking will not work in the long run.  For now not answering calls you don't recognize will work best (until they figure out how to spoof calls from people and organizations you do know).   The long term solution has to come from the phone companies using technology to combat this problem.  However since big phone companies like Verizon want land line phone service to fail (cellular is much more profitable) there isn't much hope.

Awww,...isn't this sweet!  All of these people on here showing their "love" for this number!!  We, also, do not answer numbers that are unknown to us, and I certainly hope that no one is "holding their breath" waiting for these folks to get tired of calling numbers that no one answers!!

612-314-7926. 12:03pm. 11/21/15. Just what I wanted on a pleasant fall, Saturday afternoon- the call for possible locksmith services on the East coast from a Minn. company! Another scam that I didn`t acknowledge or dignify with a response! Look Kelsey, your dumb relatives are as smart as you fools in Kansas! Duh! Now go feed the cows.

I agree with the above comments.....IF YOU DON'T RECOGNIZE A NUMBER, DON'T ANSWER THE D--- PHONE!  What is wrong with people??  Are you that desperate to talk to someone?  Do you live under a rock & don't hear about all the scam calls?????  Don't answer the d--- phone!!  If everyone would stop answering, eventually they would have to stop!

Just rec'd a call in MD.  No message.

If they don't leave a message and it is not a number I recognize I do not pick up or call them back.  Apparently  they don't believe it.

called this am and left message saying pain center and someone from this number had called. Was auto call message. Why am I on donot call list?????
