Same Here I haven't returned the call... called my job, auto announcement  left a message starting out with the word Federal....and if this is not you hang up... then a woman saying I need to contact them before 7pm their time

this number has called 4 relatives about my daughter..giving a story that their federal and her counsel better call by end of day , etc....im calling atty generals office

This person called my cell phone and left a message for my ex-husband daughter in law... They've been divorced 16 years and I didn't have this phone number when they were together.

They are calling for someone I've never heard of.  Must be desperate scammers or debt collection that was given the wrong contact number for a person.

Same exact mgs as Brian(na). This Susan Fitz as she cl herself has some really big FUZZY NUTS to cl ppl & pretend she's with the FED if she isn't. All I cn say is you will feel right at hm in the FEDERAL PENITENTIARY MS. SUSAN FITZ.

Called for a deceased family member, stating they need a call back from her or her atty., claiming a debt is owed.

Got this same call on my cell looking for my stepdaughter, who has never lived with me and has never used this number. Total scam - this isn't how debts are collected.

They are a collection company trying to front like a government agency and like to act like they have some type of legal representation. You can tell them to take you off youroad phone list and they get upset.

This number robodialled my office looking for someone who abandoned their job over two years ago. Attempted to call back so they could update their records and got voicemail.

I got the message as well starting out by saying I am Mrs. Steinberg and they even added a case or reference number to it stating that I allegations were made and that I must call them or charges will be placed against my name. Even saying in the beginning of the voicemail "Federal". I am so glad I reviewed this before calling the number this type of crap happens more this time of the year as well as throughout the year. Be assured that if the government wants you they know how to find you they won't need you to confirm being served papers not to mention if it ever truly was a real case involved speaking at working with attorneys myself it really is a courtesy for them to serve you if for hypothetically it was real and not a scam like this one clearly is they could go straight to your employer and begin wage garnishment not this mess about you having to call them to give them your info and confirm anything cause trust me if it was federal they have us all pegged even the illegals who think they aren't they are pegged too. People you better get into it.

They are calling from Minnesota, they keep telling me that I owe a debt and they will tell me what company they are or who the company was sent for the debt .  Every time I call to tell them to remove my number and information they get mad and tell me that they will be contacting my grandmother my mother anybody my family . Every single person that I talk to you was extremely rude  and hung up on me before I can get any other words in .

If this was a government official number or something real then they would not hang up on you and  they wouldn't threaten you

They asked for my number my address and Social Security number

I would devise a way to not give this " company "  any of your personal information or don't approve the information they have .

I called the number back as the person they referenced I once knew 16+ years ago. I asked how they got this number and of course they didn't answer but they stated they did remove my number.  I have not received another call from them at all.

Get these calls all the time same messages coming from different numbers if they were really going to file on someone they would have done done it by now.

I got the same phone call as everyone else today, using their "scare tactics" of saying they'd put charges against your name, etc., if I didn't call back.  They were looking for someone I've never even heard of.  Who are these people???

This the message they left "Hello this is Susan Fitch. Unfortunately your file has reached our office this morning due to your failure to respond, before the end of business today and its Monday 19th of December, we do need to know was this done intentionally or was this an oversight.  I suggest you communicate or have your attorney contact us no later than 7 pm today.  The phone number is 612-314-8859.  Again, it would behoove you to call before we are asked to cease voluntary communication 612-314-8859, we may speak with you or counsel".  No other names mentioned, I have no matters in dispute.  Sounds like a phishing call.  Beware!

I got the same message. On my mom's phone. I  called back but got voicemail after it rang about 20 times.

Left a message about some legal matter escalating. I had a similar call from them last week that said it was a confidential notice for someone with my last name (they probably picked a name assuming I'd have someone in my family with that name). Definitely a scam.

Same here. .big scam. ..I laugh and go along with it. .I just respond with weird answers like 'of course I like tofu with lemonade sprinkles and a dash of Nike  air jordans on the side'.......they get all mad lol

Auto message claiming to take legal action on someone I once knew.  I did call back.  Before looking up to be scam, I had to leave message do not call this number no more.  I hadn't seen requested person in years and hope to never see them again.  Then left my own threat if they ever called my registered Do call Number again.
