Callls and hang up when I answer.

I am routinely called by this number during the evening (usually between 6-9pm). No one is on the line when I do pick up and no messages are left when I do not.

They keep calling me twice a day.  It is getting quite annoying...never answered though and they do not leave any messages.

glad i came across this website. great service. saves me the "wondering" of who these scumbags are, constantly calling with no caller id and never leaving a message on voicemail. my call history shows they've called 4 times since june 9, 2009. june 9- 2:50pm, june 11- 9:39am, june 15- 11:18am and 6:42pm. how is this kinda crap legal. too bad consumers have no real recourse. what the hell happened with that fancy "no call list" that people signed up for a year or 2 ago? i actually heard those people who signed up ended up getting more solicitors after they signed on. i will keep this website on my favorites. "f" telemarketers right in the ear. get a real job! thx

They called tonight and did not leave a message. I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. So,I checked on here and am glad I didn't answer. So weird, as I was just posting this, the number has been removed from my call history....and I did NOT do that!!!!

I called RBC client care and they said that they would ensure that I did not receive anymore phone calls.  The representative gave the impression that it would be taken care of (gave me her name, number etc. so I could contact her directly if I needed to).  Of course, I threatened to cancel my Visa if the calls didn't stop.  I got the impression they're getting a lot of complaints about this issue.  The RBC client care number is 18007692540.

1-613-932-0365 has called me repeatedly for the past 2 weeks..calling at least once or twice a day and as soon as i answer the call hangs up automatically. Any ideas on how to stop the calls permanently?

i just filed a complaint to the number at the national do not call list. they called me 4 times now. don't have to ask them to stop caling! they better give these guys a ticket for caling me while on the Do not call list.

got a call twice this week - hang up when answer, no message or response when I pick up, though the first time, they asked for me by name and then hung up...might look into trying to block the number. Call id is from southern ontario.

has been calling my house for the past 2 months and they never leave a message. I did try picking it up once, only to hear nothing on the other end.Its really starting to piss me off because now I just dont answer it anymore and let it ring, but they still call my house at least 4-5+ times a week, even twice a day sometimes. PEOPLE GET A LIFE!!!!! If we dont answer STOP calling.That should be a hint :)

several posters already posted that this call center is NOT CALLING on behalf of RBC.  

So if RBC is not involved - what makes you think any other financial institution is.

Why do you people do this?? Come to complaint boards and use foul language and demand that "Someone" should put an end to this.

Have been called numerous times by 613-932-0365 in the past 2 months.  No message was left.  Neither was there any response when I answered the call.  Thanks for posting your experiences with this number. Any suggestion to have these annoying calls stopped?

Got calls from this number every single day, so annoy!

They call me almost everyday.  I've answered a few times but the line is dead.  And when I miss it they don't leave a voice mail.  It's been going on for almost a month.  It's driving me crazy!

this number 613-932-0365 always call my home phone almost everyday but doesn't leave any message at all. We always see it registered to our phone received call list. Its so irritating and tiring just to delete this number on our phone every day.Its good if you have answering machine...maybe the guy/machine on the other end will also get irritated when he hears our voice answering machine untiring to great/receive their calls too..LOL.

Just as I was reading up on this number, 613-932-0365, they called! I answered, but no response. I am in the 780 area code- they are relentless as calls come in at all hours day and night.

Very helpful info.  These people call me at least twice a day everyday. I just filed a complaint and registered on the DNC list.  Thanks again for the info, hopefully they go away.

I get a call from this number 3 or 4 times a day. It's insane. I have talked to the RBC identity theft telemarketers but didn't know this was the number. I guess one NO isn't enough to deter them. Hate this stuff.
