- Picky Senior replies to Alphabet| 2 repliesCaller ID gives name as COMENITY. This is Comenity Bank based in Ohio; they issue credit cards. Calls us 5 - 6 times/day, no message. They are ignoring DNC lists. Usual telemarketing scum.
- BigA replies to Picky SeniorIt depends on what they are calling about. This bank has a habit of calling for unpaid debt whether you owe or not. In that case the DNC does not apply.
- JennI get calls from different numbers from Ohio, and now Colorado. They call, and do not leave messages. The other number they called from I searched, and one comment said its a credit card company for Lane Bryant, Torrid, and other stores. I do not have a card for any of these stores. I do not know why they continue to call me.

- PatientVictim replies to Pay Your Debts| 1 replyThe number is for medical debt collector, which is probably you. Problem is, you go to the hospital, come home and receive bills for thousands of dollars. Hospitals tend to charge $500 for a tylenol, so you run up the bill w/o even knowing it.
- Suckmy az replies to Pay Your DebtsYou know what they say about people that assume

- Sammie| 3 repliesI get calls from this number 4-6 times a day, every day! My phone is an emergency phone only, w/a total of 50 minutes per month. Since my phone gets charged 1 minute for every call, it has blown up my emergency phone so much that, between this number and another number, I have only 12 minutes for my use for the whole rest of the month. Can you please get this caller to stop calling my number, which is: 216-645-9155. Thank you.
Sammie - MAH replies to Pay Your DebtsMaybe, but if they do not tell you who they are calling for or what company they are calling for as in JJill,Torrid, Target etc.... people will just hang up. There are so many scams out there any more people are tired of it.
- CharlieComenity Bank it's for a credit card. Lane Bryant is one card that uses this bank. Woman Within, Brylane Homes.
- Caller: Comenity Bank
- Call type: Debt collector
- William replies to SammieContact your cell phone company on its website, or from a friend's landline, to see if the cell phone company can block the number for you within their network so it never gets out of the network to your cell phone. That way your minutes will not be used up. They should take an interest in finding out who is constantly calling you as it infringes on their network too.
The other alternative is to get a new number, but that means if a jerk had been calling that number, now you get the calls.
Finally, all cellular service providers in the US allow emergency calls to 911 even on phones that are no longer on a plan. The problem is after you hang up, or the call gets interrupted, the 911 operators cannot call you back. - KrisIf its commenity than yes its for lane bryant , victoria secret and others. Many companys use the same bank. GE is for Walmart and i believe Macys.
