Same here, robocall saying "Hello, this is Charles Graham from Stone & Saunders... blah blah blah" wanting to collect bad debt for us.

What the heck...like I'm going to hire the guy that makes illegal robocalls!

According to BBB, "Alert BBB has received consumer information that this business has failed to abide by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. According to one consumer, friends and relatives were solicited for the money even though the collection agency had spoken with her and had her contact information. BBB verified through Google Maps that the address they are using on W Fifth Ave in Columbus, Ohio is that of the UPS Store, a mail receiving and forwarding service. The actual physical location of the business appears to be in Colorado."

Yeah, the BBB mentioned that, but they also said they appear to be located in Colorado.  It is associated with another criminal outfit that was shut down from collecting against Colorado residents, but I don't think it was completely shutdown.

Their website is still up, of course they are using a privacy service.

You will need to send them a certified, return receipt debt validation (by law they have to go back to the original creditor to prove you owe the debt), cease and desist calling, or "not me" letter (this will be the best money that you have ever invested).  Also send it first class mail in case no one will sign for it.  Make a notation of that fact at the bottom of the letter.  You also need to report them to the proper agencies to which I have provided links to.  Then you need to go out and get a consumer lawyer to sue them on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket) and let them pay you for the harassment.  If everyone did these three things, these crooks would be bankrupt, and we would all be the richer for it.  Use these web sites to find an attorney in your state that will probably take the case on a contingency basis (no money out of your pocket up front):  http://www.consumeradvocates.org/

Whois.com info on the website shows that it went up 12/22/17 and is set to expire 12/22/19 and that it is in Colorado although they have used a privacy service to conceal who they are and where they are located:  https://www.whois.com/whois/stonesaunders.com

They have obviously lied on their website since the company registration information shows differently.  The website claims they have been in business since 2008, that they have 20 years’ experience (it would only be 11 years), and that they are locally owned (Ohio) which has again been proven as a lie.

It is incumbent upon them under the law to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it, and (this is the important part) that they have the legal right to collect it.  You are not obligated under the law to prove that you don’t owe or that it is paid.  

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.  If and when you get that letter you should immediately send that debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.

Received a recorded call from this company stating that they are a debt collection company and when they said that if I owe a debt I disconnected the call. To my knowledge I do not owe any debts.

A legit appearing call appeared on caller id, a 'Steve Saunders' , but did not pick up sine the area code 614 was unfamiliar, so assumed (correctly) that it was spam/scam type call, which this forum certainly has confirmed.

Called our office, left VM, "this is Grahm with Stone Saunders blah blah blah collect debt for you, we don't use contracts so there is no up front cost for you blah blah blah" but the phone number he left was different than the caller ID: 614-707-5180. I read all the comments so I know this is spam/scam, but just thought I'd add the "contact" phone number.

Still at it...I've received 3 calls from these [***] over the last few weeks, as recently as 23OCT19 at 1141 MST.  Illegal spam robocalls.
