Yah, this call is legit. I came on here earlier the first time they called and wrote it off as a scam call. A few days passed and they called once a day again. Until today they called 2 times on my cell and 1 on my work when I finally picked up bc...they had that number on file apparently.

I'd seen reviews that it's Comenity Bank for VS, Limited or Express and I was CERTAIN I paid my card before I went on vacation.  I was wrong, as soon as I picked up the ph I checked my calendar & logged in to my card and it DID show I skipped 1 payment on VS by accident.

Now, is it ridiculous that they call like that when you're only 3-5 days past due? Yes. but at least I found out before it went too far to the next payment.  I didn't give them info over the phone but just paid it online and told them I did so.  For good measure, log in to your accounts run by Comenity/WFNB or whatever.

I was receiving calls at my business at least 3-5 times per day. (This company is Comenity Bank and they work for stores... i.e. victoria secret credit cards go through this bank.) If you call them back at the 614-729-6035 number and press 5 you will get in touch with a person. I simply asked them to remove me from their call list and that if this was not taken care of I would be having my attorney contact them. The woman I spoke to was "Lisa" and she said she would make sure we did not receive any more calls. No business likes that word "lawer" or "attorney."

A helpful hint to those who are having trouble with this number. As long as they have no reason to be calling you (i.e. if they are debt collecting for a store in which you have a credit card, ext. you will have to handle that in a different manor) someone who calls 3-5 times per day, no messages, and no answer when you do pick up, is harrasment.

After gathering your information together, call ALL these people AND LODGE YOUR COMPLAINTS!!

 After filing with the annoyance call bureau, OR the do not call registry (don't remember which one)
the offending party has 30 days to STOP calling you!!   IF THEY CONTINUE TO DUE SO AFTER THE 30 DAY DEADLINE, AND YOU CAN PROVE 3 OFFENSES, YOU COULD BE AWARDED A CASH SETTLEMENT FOR THE HARRASSMENT, UP TO $10,000.  (CHA-CHING!!)   It's the LAW.
 Call the Federal Trade Commission and REPORT THE OFFENDING NUMBER!!
More often that not, you will NOT be the first one to call, and may find that they are already gathering
information on the offending solicitors for a legal case.  (WOOT-WOOT!!)
File your complaints and put a pad of paper by the answering machine, log the dates/times of ALL calls.
Wait 30 days, and then DARE these idiots to keep calling you back!!

My VS payment isn't even due until Dec 11th and I've been getting their calls for the past 2 weeks, early enough to wake me every day and then interrupt me at work. Terrible. Tis the season to be greedy I guess.

i pick up twice there asking for some one I don't know?.told them I don't know that person second time I told them to stop calling or I was going to the police lady said go ahead they call with different numbers  they been calling for weeks it wont stop I put call block on phone but its still driving me nut.so ive decided im going to be suing we have rites to they  f....ked with the wrong person

Been calling me every 30 minutes this morning

STOP BLOWING MY PHONE UP.YOU KEEP CALLING ME 11 TO 12 TIMES A DAY.IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE A MESSAGE FINE.

I fell behind on my credit card payment, I have set up a payment arrangement to take care of my delinquent balance, however not only do they call me 10 times a day, but they call 4-5 times a minute.  When I answer, there is no one there.  It never goes to VM.  I have had to block numerous numbers due to constant calling.  They call as early as 6 am, and as late as 10pm.  I dont know what to do to stop this.

they call and hang up...never leave msgs or talk when i answer

getting a call from this number three times per day.  looking for someone named markie kidd.  they will not stop the harrassment.  i returned their call and asked them to stop.  it does not help.  real harrassing [***]

From the messages I've read on here, it sounds most likely that this is probably because of my VS card. I didn't pick up because they called while I was at work this morning. The funny thing is that this is the first time they've contacted me, probably because I forgot to make a payment last month, but I paid off the card in full two days ago. Clearly they don't have their records straight. It's complete crap. Not to mention the fact that they feel it's alright to begin harassing people who are less than one month late on a payment.

i don't know who these people are, but they obviously think they know me.  from reading the posts here, i assume they believe i owe them money?  i have news for them, i have NO outstanding debts.  everything is paid for on the first of the month.

if they continue to call, i will try to find a way to get at them.

I do believe it is illegal for them to harass you at your place of employment. I've been getting calls on my cell phone from like numbers for a Target card I am overdue on.  I block the numbers and they just start calling from another number. Repeat.
