i have victoria secrets card paid in full however.i dont get why they keep calling me at od hours of the morning and night.it is very irritating since no one talks on the other end.

Thanks for this information.  This company calls met 11-15 times a day.  The payment is one day late.  Just today, they have called 11 times between 9:00am to 12:50pm.  I wish there was a way in which we could sue them.  This is ridiculous!!!!!!

This 614-729-6035 number has been calling my cell phone for over a month and there is never a message.  They call after 8pm and on a Sunday.  This needs to stop!

I get called by this number 5 to 6 times a day. I screen my calls so I want get called by any telemarketing callers but they usually give up after a few times this one does not. They even call my wife on her cell phone about the same amount of time. My wife is just getting over a long term illness and they want leave her alone to get well. I am trying to find out who this is, some say its amazon.com but when I do pick up somtimes by accident or to just see who it is no one is on the other end of the line to talk so I am complaining in a major way to get this stopped because other people are like my wife and getting over major illnesses and these people are making it hard on her to get well because they call so much. If I ever find out who this is I may sue for harrasment because of my wife.

If you ever find a solution to getting them to stop please let me know here on this post site. My wife is getting over a very long term illness and they are even calling her, harrasing her and slowing her recovery time down. If I thought legal action would get me anywhere I would seek it out but I am not sure if it would work out or not. Thanks for letting me rant, good luck.

go to ftc form 1088 abandoned calls and file an online complaint Hang up calls are illegal. Just google 1088 abandoned calls.

7 calls on 2/16 and 5 calls on 2/14.  Hangs up when I answer and never leaves a message

I got many calls from comenity. I called 614-729-6035 as suggested by the previous post and was told I can have my number removed from the call list. "Annette" (try Jaipinda in Mumbai) told me this would take 24h. I'll post again if they continue to call. Also, I agree that 5+ calls a day is harassment when they are misdirected.

Who cares if they r blowing up the phone. If u dnt have the money.. there is nothing that they can do about it but just call and annoy.. so that's when u get the app mr. Number to block all their calls. And u will get a great feeling inside when ur phone atuomatically picks the call up and hang up right in their face..like what they do to us..with their annoying [***]. So until I get the money to pay they thirsty ass..they will be hung up on by mr. Number and ill never know about it untill I go down my blck phone call list. And if u have chase Bank I would suggest u find this Comenity address and ur account information for ur account that u own on..manually type in all thier infomation and pay them when ur ready insted of giving them ur bnk information just so they can over draw ur account! Becuz if I didn't change my account bank number I probably would hve been a victim of them taking my money..and I'm not bout that life. Hope this helps

This company has been calling my house for weeks more than once per day asking for my daughter. I tell them she isn't home and they won't even talk to you they hang up. She doesn't have anything to do with this company and I want them to stop the calling.

I do not have an account with  Comenity Bank but received a call from 800- 323-1436. I told the person that I would text the person they were calling...and while I was attempting to do so, the same woman callede back but this time she was rude and threatening. I told her not to call my number ever again.

They keep calling my grandma. She said the other day they called, saying they were God and for Virginia smith to answer.
Getting fed up with this! They call every 30 minutes or so, starting at 8 in the morning, and ending at 9 at night" they either need to stop; or get the right number!

I have been getting 7-8 calls a day from Comenity (various numbers as stated in previous posts). I just answered and they said they were looking for someone else. I told her this has been my phone number for 12 years and I have no idea who that person is. I asked her to stop calling my number, she said they will stop. I guess we'll see if they actually stop. It's ridiculous how much they call!!! Woke me up on a Saturday! lol
