No answer...called @ 8:00am

Finally I was able to answer this time when they they called and a very nice man said that I was late on my Express pmt.  I am very good about paying in full or paying early so I told him I was current, then looked up my bank and account and he was right!  I paid online right then and all is well.  I'm glad he was persistent!  I would hate this to affect my credit.

Hmmm, if all their potential victims were as gullible as you, these clowns would have retired to their mansions and yachts by now!

They don't stop calling. several times a day. Please stop.

Continual calls, Early Sunday, all hours of the day & night. Can they be reported for harrassment?

They keep calling my phone. I keep answering and hanging up on them after a few seconds. They seem to not know how to leave a message.

BEWARE....I received 2 calls tonight the first said that they were with Victoria Secret asking for my adult daughter on my home number.  I called her she said that she currently has a zero balance and would never give my number.
I called Victoria Secret who said that if they were to call about a credit card it would come from an 800 number only.  I reported this number and gave it to the manager in charge because within minutes of the first call I got a second from a woman that said she was with Victoria Secret and asked for my daughter I said she wasn't available and she hung up on me.  Do not give your personal information to these people.  Call the number on your card or bill or address it online.

I've never ordered from QVC, don't have an account with Victoria's Secret... I must get 15 calls a day.  If they were a legitimate service, one would think they would leave a message, otherwise how do they expect to get paid?  I will not return a call if they leave no message..

I am being harrassed every every hour of the day by this number. They don't leave any messages to inform you who they are. If this is a legitimate business, they should at least leave a message as to what the call is referencing.

This is a scam. They will say their associated with your credit card.

These jerks keep calling my cell, when asked what they want they ask for my wife. When I tell them this is not her phone can I give her a message, they then hang up.

ShillAlert, you're an idiot. It's a collections company. I'm getting the calls for my Ann Taylor Loft card. But they never leave a message, which is aggrivating as hell, I'm just going to go online and pay my card.

But Kim was not gullible. This is legitimate collections, just poorly done (they should be leaving messages so people will answer their calls).

I get these calls all the time I just don't answer the phone easy as that. Big deal they call just ignore the call. If you don't answer they can't get to you. I can care less how may time they call. My attitude is knock yourself out.

I have same problem with the.calls from this no. I now block the calls.

Called at 10:41 Pacific time this morning. No message left on machine.

I get calls from this number on average three times a day, sometimes before 9am and I am fed up.  How do I get them to stop?

This is collection auto dialing & if they're on a call when u answer it rolls to the next rep etc if u stay on the line eventually they'll pick up add to contacts as coll#2 etc as diff #s call add to ur contacts coll#3 coll#4 etc I'm up to coll#22 this way u can also track how many u get in case harrassmdnt chrgs go to court..it isn't illegal to collect valid debts but when & how many per day can be illegal so keeping track helps ur case...
