World Financial is what comes up on the caller ID but they won't leave a message and the one time that I did answer they asked for my daughter. I told them she was unavailable and did they wish to leave a message. The woman on the other end said no message and that they would call back later. they call back and still will not leave a message. I refuse to answer any more.

Interesting. I used to have an acct with world financial. YEARS ago. Settled it YEARS ago. Mysteriously I get a call from this number this morning. And coincidentally I updated some information in my credit report last night. Not behind on anything right now so I'm prone to believe they are trolling for the funds not included in the settlement. Very shady. Also I have a big problem with getting a phone call at 8am that tells me to hold for more information. I'm certain my time is more valuable than theirs.

These people are ruthless and relentless! It's World Financial National Bank, AKA Comenity Bank who is the company behind many store credit cards. They started calling me this morning using 4 different calling numbers for a total of 7 calls within 5 hours.

The numbers they have used so far are 614-729-6040, 614-212-7505, 303-255-5092 and 913-563-5522.

They don't leave a message of any kind. I have one account through these people, and have kept a perfect payment record for years - but then upon logging into my account, discovered that my last payment did not process (have no idea why, received no notification), I just made the payment (current and previous month).  Strangely they would rather harass you than  actually communicate with you.  

They have an A+ rating with the BBB, however have many collections complaints. They maintain their rating by responding to all complaints. They would be more effective if they left at least a brief polite message.

Please remove me from your call list.

Made a call to me on a Sunday morning at 8:37am said his name was "Mr. Davis" and then hung up.

I get calls from this number, I paid the card off.... Mine was a Catherines card

They called, asked for me by my first name.  I asked who it was and they replied Mary.  I said I don't know anyone named Mary and hung up.

I get at least one call a day from these people. I don't pick up.  

6-7 calls a day

This company is called COMENITY.  They are calling from this number to solicit sales.  I just called them back and had them remove my cell number from their database.

I have never had an account with them.  They are calling to solicit.  I called them back and told them to remove me and they did.

I don't care who it is for quite frankly. I went to see a 2 hour movie today. My phone rang 8 times during the movie. When I finally answered they asked for someone (not me) to which I responded I wasn't that person. Hung up and not ten seconds later they called back. Harassing business practices. Unethical.

has called me 4 times in the last 4 days, twice today! then I have 2 more numbers calling form somewhere else

I know for sure that both Avenue and Victoria Secret cards are managed by Comenity Bank NOT this World Financial Network National Bank. Comenity Bank formally was World Financial Network National Bank but not anymore!

They call more than once every day but won't leave a message . If I owe money leave me a message who it's to

Out of no where, 3 calls tonight within 1.5 hours from 6137296040; I don't answer; they don't leave a message; irritating to have to deal with especially since my number us on a no the list

Lane Bryant & Ashley Stewart are also Comenity Bank. All my accounts are current and in good standing so I don't know why I have received 4 calls from this number today. They will soon learn that I don't answer my phone unless it's an emergency.
