I have them blocked on other numbers after a mth or 2 they switch numbers and I block it. I dont know the person they are calling for and have had this number over 7 yrs. But its getting OLD!!

The phone calls like this have been increasing a lot over the past couple weeks I'm about to rip my hair out.  I live in tn and have been getting calls like this from local areas around Nashville like gallatin, Kingston springs, franklin, etc.  I have gotten to the point I won't even answer my phone if it's a # I don't recognize which make me feel terrible...I mean what if someone I care about is in the hospital or it's an important call for work?!?  Anyways every time I call back its only one of the two scenarios 1.) it never rings and just hangs up on me 2.) bee baa doo the # you are trying to dial...you get the point.  I've read others post and don't owe anything on collections or own a business.  The only thing I realllllly want to know is why this randomly just started and in addition now I am receiving text messages trying to get me to click a link because "my account" has been "locked" and my "response is required". This is out of control. Where the hell do these people come from?
