Yeah, you were either scammed badly and are completely naive about it or you work for these crooks.  My guess would be the latter of those two.

Yep this is the same one I got. 615-510-3183 for Miss Harper. Luckily no one answered and it said "please wait while we connect you with an available representative." That's what gave it away for me so I hung up. Hopefully dodged the bullet.

Same as most of the other stories - received this postcard in the mail. No return address. "FINAL NOTICE". "Please call Miss Harper at (615) 510-3183". Many thanks to others who reported this. I recently purchased the home at which this post card arrived. Seems consistent with other accounts of this odd mailing.

Same thing for me.  Mine was from a Mrs. Harper.

Called this number and scheduled an appointment and then found this page and then called back and cancelled. Thank you guys! I’m a First time home buyer.

I recently bought a home and found this yellow card AND  to call Ms. Harper. Thank you for the heads up!

We are new to the area and are new home buyers in Shelbyville.  The card's we received have all been from Miss Harper, but the number to call was 931-201-9213.  I do totally smell a scam here, but also am concerned about our water quality as it doesn't taste good at all.
I am open to suggestions from those who are in the area and have a good working knowledge of the businesses here.
