Indian scammers as per usual

Same as other commenters, I was sent a scam document in the mail recently after a home purchase.

Same as other commenters. Received mailer. Looks official from my new mortgage company....It's not. Asks me to call 615-800-7010. Don't respond!

Bought a house a few months ago and now I’m getting tons of junk calls and mailings from the company at 615-800-7010 and possibly others. They all pretend to be my mortgage company so it’s hard to tell if it’s the same B.S. company or several. Will 1000% never do business with some leach that scours public records to send solicitations.

I got the same mailer with the number to call. Not my mortgage company!

The same!! Received a mailer that looked official and made it look like it was from my mortgage company. Said they’ve been trying to reach us and to please call. Scam!

Received several calls from this number but I never answer bc I have my own home insurance.  Later they send me a notice which mentions my mortgage bank and county.  Looked original, thanks for your posting helped me to disregard this notice..

There was an automated system that answered and took information about current health and phone number and co borrower information. It said a representative will be with me soon. I’ll be very cautious of a call thst follows

They keep sending me documents also.

They are sending misleading information with my lenders name. At first glance they look legit. My wife called and they tried to scam her into giving personal information. The moment they asked for her social she caught on and sent them to hell. I hate deceptive companies like this. They should be illegal.

Same thing. They will call from different phone numbers too .

Just received a scam mailer saying we have been trying to reach you.  Thank Goodness I looked up the number and found this site.  Thank you all for your information.
