I get unwanted calls from 617-5357970 every day!, how do I stop all these calls?

It is a company that calls to push education options, there are some job search engines that send them your number after you fill out a survey about yourself.

This is just one of the lame  N.E. schools (apparently) who have been calling my cell phone incessantly since Jan 2nd.
     
Do these Schmucks really believe that Harassing people is going to drum up business for them??

btw, I have not filled out any surveys online, and have 0 interest in their school, etc.   I seldom use my cell phone, but have recently been giving that number for online purchases..  why I suspect certain businesses May be selling our phone numbers, etc..  Amazon, maybe?

I must have gotten on a continuing education list of some type, but keep getting calls from a variety of numbers about it and keep asking to be removed from the call list and keep getting daily calls.

The last time I had to ask some jerks to lay off they helped me pay my mortgage off.  This outfit will be next.

Obviously, these Jerks don't know when to quit;  calling my cell phone nearly every day, once or more.    Only friends & family have my cell number, but I recently began using it when making purchases online, from well known business, etc..  I have filled out NO surveys, Etc. .. so I can only quess that some business(s) May Be Selling our info.  

Someone suggested reporting them to the Mass A.G..  At least we have their number, and I keep hearing that they are some type of school..  We should All turn these Pests in.

This number called twice...so I called it back, no one answered & no recording...this number called me a third time, I answered but the line goes dead as if someone hung up intentionally...hmmm.  What's their strategy? They call just to see if a live person would answer & then they bombard us w/more calls but from other numbers as well?

A number similar to this started calling me around 6 months ago while I was on vacation 4 times a day. When I finally answered, they started talking about me requesting information about colleges and wanted me to answer personal info. When I said "no thank you" the man replied "Girl don't you want to go to college?!" I told him I was already starting college this year and he hung up on me. When he called back a few months later, I had my friend ask for my number to be put on the 'do not call' list. He hung up on my friend. This lasted for 2 months. WARNING! After you start getting calls from these people THEY DO NOT STOP! I recently started getting calls from #'s that ask the EXACT same thing. These numbers are: 877-874-5811, 801-805-0001, 617-535-7970, 718-542-7472, 888-779-3403, 206-622-4599, 213-725-5288. Every time I have answered they have been EXTREMELY rude. I have no idea how to get them to stop calling. I have gotten 45 calls from them in the past 10 days. They call me while I'm in class and get me in trouble. I plan on answering a call tomorrow and see if I can talk to someone who won't just hang up on me when I tell them to stop calling me. This is driving me insane. I'm going to report them soon and start recording calls.

Constantly getting calls form these people. VERY annoying. When I answer no one talks or there is an auto voice after a long silence.

I got called by this number  and they always say it's concerning my credit card debt as I have no credit cards at all  I told them they are a scam and to stop calling and if they call again i'm blowing a whistle in their ear over the phone  i'm just so sick of them

OMG this number has been calling me all day saying they r from a college though.
