These people are a pest. I am enrolled in DO NOT CALL. It does not seem to work

So glad to know there is a place to report this unwanted call.

In the past month or so, there has been a virtual plague of similar calls.  They emanate from far-flung area codes in Arizona, Georgia and Washington state.  Typically a woman asks for Rob and goes into a spiel about Visa and Mastercard.  I've asked them to remove my number from their list, and quite often they hang up before I can complete my request.

I too got a call but I now have the number rejected. If you have a Samsung Galaxy cell phone you can 'reject phone numbers' and leave a message back. I am sure that other cell phones have that capability as well. Our house phone is a newer model Panasonic. That phone will block calls. they are so cool.

please stop calling, it is very annoying, leave a message if you are NOT A FRAUD

If you have a portable telephone you can block any number you don't want to answer.  Read the book that goes with the phone and it will tell you what to do.   I have a Panasonic and so far I have 3 numbers blocked possibly from the same caller.  If you would like to nasty, try using a small whistle while which you can get anywhere.  Just answer the phone with a loud whistle.  They'll hang up quickly.

This place took $100 from my Mom just now and thanks to this post we were able to stop them from taking anything else. I have a phone number that reaches them and they simply answer "Customer Service" That number is 866-706-4763

These people are so rude!!! They just hang up.... I answer the phone and scream, don't even say hello.... I programmed this number in my phone as [***] SCREAM so when I see it..... It's what I do haha, you'd think they'd stop calling, but they don't..... oh well... it gets my frusteration out at least once a day :P

LOL I have been getting calls fro this number and several other numbers all from AZ. The all are scams so what I started doing is answering in my best gay voice "Andy's Anal Accessories what's in your hole" their is usually dead silence for a minute and they hang up. I have not gotten calls from those numbers anymore now to get rid of all the other ones.

I have received 3 calls from these folks. I have now blocked them from incoming.

Like all pest, these cockroaches have no value. Since they insist on harassing people, you may as well use them to get out your frustrations. As you have already discovered, screaming at them is cathartic, cussing them out, blowing a whistle or airhorn, or even telling them in detail all the ways you want to watch them die.
They will continue to call until something happens to them to make them stop. Hopefully that occurrence will happen soon, and will be excruciating for them. Could be as simple as they call and harass 100 people that day, and 90 of those people mess with them, and they end up with a headache, and run off the side of a mountain on the way home. As long as no people or animals are hurt, that will be a win-all-the-way-around-situation.

I'm on the do not call list as well, but it hasn't stopped these people from calling constantly.

Leaves no message.  Why can't these people be stopped?  What is the use of being on a "do not call list", if you can't stop these annoying calls?  Can't we help our unemployment situation by hiring people to track down these people and put a stop to this sort of calling once and for all?????

I too have been receiving calls from this number, never a message. It appears that these harrasing phone calls are becoming more and more common again.  We need to contact our state's DA's office and start filing real complaints!  I have had enough of this!!

I receive approximately 5-8 phone calls PER DAY from this number.  Usually, when I answer, they hang up.  Today, someone actually spoke, and started in on some speel.  When I asked politely to be taken off of this calling list, I was again, hung up on.
