They've called me about three times over the past 24 hours; I only use my cell phone to text and everyone I know knows that, so I don't answer "Calls" unless I know it's urgent.

They are using a Land Line Phone under a phone company called PAC and are centered in CAMPO, CA.
The Approximate (note, "approximate") address is "29662 California 94" (find it on Google Maps).


From what I've seen here, I'm guessing that there are two things they might want:

Either
-Your phone information (which they already have) verified as "answerable" so they can resell it to other telemarketing companies.

OR

-Your actual Credit Card information for obvious reasons as have been seen posted.

If you DO answer the phone, I recommend you tell them exactly what you know so far (particularly their location). It will probably deter them from making any other calls...

Also a possibility; to match a name to a number.

Do Not give them any Information (phone number, name, address... Anything)

daily calls, I don'y answer

4/18/13 called left no message.      I do not answer unidentified calls, and will not return calls without a message left that might cause me to take the time to call back.

I just called this number, 866-706-4763 and after a brief moment of music a lady answered and she politely  said removed this number and the 619-478-6189 as well. I went ahead and reported both company's and their phone numbers to the BBC.

This number continues to phone our home several times a day.  The second I pick up the phone there is loud noise and disrespect.  Thank you for making us aware of this problem.  In conclusion, we have called back several times to determine where they obtained our number as it is unlisted . . . Busy signal.

This number keeps calling me on my cell phone.  Only rings once , then they hang up.  What the h are they trying to do, drive me nuts or make my bill much larger.  How can I make them stop calling me.

They call my cell phone and when I answer there is no response.

Called several times and never left a message.  I finally started answering just to see what it was and to tell them to stop calling me.  I've answered three times and talked to three different people who all want to tell me about an agent position at something or other merchant services.  They don't want to hear "I'm not interested" and insist on telling me more so I can make an informed decision.  Okay, fine.  That would be alright if their system didn't cut the phone call off halfway through every time.  I thought it was a freak occurrence at first, but all three of my calls with them have dropped at seemingly random point in the conversation. People have commented about hanging up, but I think they just have a really unreliable system that drops calls all over the place, because when it's cut off on me it's never been at a point where they would logically want to cut me off.  I didn't ask for them to call me and I'm getting sick of not even being able to tell them to stop.  Next time I get a call I'll lead with "Please don't call me again" and see if they actually comply with that.  If they don't, I'll definitely be reporting them to the Do Not Call registry.

Got a call 2x's from this number.  When I tried to call back it was busy.  No voice mail.

The name of the company is Top Choice out of Phoenix AZ.
Called us today and I went along with what was said, ex... do you work, want to make extra income referring other companies to us...? and they hung up!
Lets get em!!! look them up.

This number is calling me all day long, leaving messages that I have a time share that I have ignored.  I DON'T HAVE A TIME SHARE AND THEY WON'T STOP CALLING AND HARASSING ME.

They call several times a day, everyday. No messages. Please stop this scam company.

they several times per day, do not leave a message as to what they want, who they are looking for, but I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. Want to talk have the courtesy to leave a message as why I should return you call. You are a bunch of losers trying to either sell, collect or some thing that is of no importance to anyone. stop hiding behind a phone and express yourself as to why I should return your call.

They harass me. I get calls several times a day despite having told them to take my number off the list. I have a full time job as an RN I am not interested in licking envelopes orcwhatever BS job they r trying to sell me on!

They like to hang up on you before they're rejected. here's a typical conversation when they call me - Hello? "Is Frank there?" Speaking. "Hi Frank, this is Moron from XYZ, affiliated with visa & mastercard. How are you today?" You're with who? "click". Or "How are you today?" Fine. "click." They know by the tone of your voice whether or not you're going to be receptive to the snake oil they're going to try and sell you. If they sense any hostility in your voice, they'll hang up on you in a New York minute... They never give me enough time to cuss them out! Cowards!

I've been getting a lot of calls from this number lately (as well as a ton of other random phone numbers) and even when I answer, no one is there.  It is driving me crazy.  I get about 12 calls per day and no one is on the other end.

I have already filed complaints with the FCC, but I don't feel like that does any good, but I'm hoping it does. Otherwise I may have to change my phone number.

They call my house phone almost everyday. I pick it up and hung up.  Hopefully they will get the message.
