Caller ID was Chula Vista CA. Robo call from credit card services, couldn't catch her name, not Rachael for once.

Do not give your Bank Information, Credit Card Information, they will try to take money from you.

I've had 19 calls over the last two days from this number.  11 of them today, some just minutes apart.  The last one he asked me "if I liked sex".  They are posing as some kind of mortgage insurance to reduce your cost.  Eastern Indian accent, hard to understand.

This caller have called me so many times , never leave a message , so mad , I have blocked them om my phone , I do hope it stoppes

They call 5 to 6 times a day. I finally answered yesterday and it was a foreign man talking about interest rates.  And that since i live in North Carolina I can get a lower interest rate. He then started asking if I was a home owner and about my vehicles. I advised him that I was not interested in nothing he had to offer and to stop calling. And now the number is calling me again today.

Constant calls to my cell, day and night.
They don't accept #STOP messages.
Many complaints found online about this number, reportedly (according to what some consumers say on line) an organized crime credit card servicing company.

I use to get frustrated too, now I just make up ANYTHING, my favorite is still the original....  How well did you know the murder victim ?

Oh no! It's my last offer from Card Services to lower my interest rate.

Blocked yet again.

I blocked the #,and still c many calls everyday.I want to put my busy life aside and find them

They have called me 12 times in the last 3 days!! I politely asked the guy to remove me from the list and he said ok no problem. They called the next day and I told that guy that I have already asked to be removed from the list, to which he replied "you will never be called again" except 3 hours later same voice called back. I was extremely annoyed and I told him this was the third time I've now told them to stop calling me, his response "you're a b***h" I said "excuse me!?" He replied again you're a biiiii**h a real b***h" and he hung up. SO when called me around 4hours later I answered with "STOP CALLING ME!!!!!" He hung up. THEN he called this morning so I answered the phone and just screamed bloody murder in the phone and he hung up. AGAIN he called around 2 hours later and I said "do you really not have anything better to do than call and harass people? He hung up. Should be expecting him soon, when he does I'll give him the number of someone who pisses me off and then block the calls.

Irritated, If you are going to continue answering these mutant's, at least get a modicum of satisfaction! Get yourself a good loud whistle and try and blow out the ear drum of the low-life!!

Lol I got plenty of satisfaction of screaming at him! It's a great stress reliever.

This number was used a couple of weeks ago by "Carmen at Card Services" - you know that routine. This time it was "Alex" (with HEAVY Middle Eastern accent...) from "Car Care Services" telling me that insurance rates have dropped. I did what I always do with this sort of call: Gave him the year/make/model for my car, my age and DOB, and current insurance carrier (all completely bogus, of course). Now, when the actual insurance brokers from the U.S. call, I'll string them along as long as possible and get as much information about their companies as possible. Then I'll file a Better Business Bureau complaint against each one for "Unethical Sales Practices", since they are employing a third-party entity that is breaking the law (National Do-Not-Call Registry) to generate sales leads in their direction, and so are implicated in a law-breaking activity. This has proven VERY effective in stopping the end-run of the NDNCR by certain companies. Most are just paying for sales leads, not aware (suuuuure...) that they are coming from entities that are violating the law to get them. Try it - great fun, and the only way that I know to help stop the madness.

Got a call from this number. No message left. BLOCKED!!!!!

I try to string them along as long as possible too.  Just last week I went to the bathroom, drove to a couple blocks to my next appointment (with headset).  I ended up having to end it by saying I was trying to scam him as much as he was trying to scam me.  They have not called back.

Another time when I was watering the landscaping, I held them on real long and ended up saying I was lonely and just wanted someone to talk to.  They hung up. And stopped calling.

Go to the California Attorney General's website, make a complaint under do not call link.
These scammers phish valid numbers by duping you into pressing 1 or 2, but they don't remove you from their list of numbers to stalk and harass. Block them if you can & don't bother taking the call, it's not worth the aggravation. If everyone who gets calls files complaints? Then the FTC will fine them. Soon the FCC will pressure the major cell phone carriers to block known robo calls & stalkers looking to scam for money. The do not call registry works, if your number is on it and if you report the numbers/callers to the FTC & FCC.
It's not magic government, it's based upon complaints you make and how many they receive about the violators.

Go to the California Attorney General website and file a complaint there.
They will investigate this stalker with multiple scams. Block them on your phone if you can and don't talk to them, period.

Yes, the FCC is pressuring phone carriers to provide blocking for customers because the scammers are not legitimate businesses, therefore they don't care about the DNC registry anyway.
Don't give out your number on the internet. Use a burner phone for that instead.
Be smarter than strangers! Lol.
